The people on both ends of the rental were great. The on-line reservation was easy. when I called to confirm the rental it got dicey. The pick-up location changed and I was not confident about the rental. a follow up from the "home" office would be helpful.

We were not aware when booking that we had truck for a limited timeframe and they told us we had to have it back by before next appointment at 2. We brought the truck back but there was already someone waiting for it. In addition, the truck we ordered was not available when we got there. While we did appreciate the upgrade it would have been nice to receive what we ordered and have been aware of the time constraints. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

A To Z was very professional and nice. Upon hooking up trailer, the lights would not work and A To Z took the time to find the problem and fix it. They only charged me for the new piece of equipment (trailer light power module).

I am extremely disappointed and think I was ripped off with the price charged me. I rented a pickup for 16 days and they charged me the weekly rate for the 2 weeks and then charged me a daily rate of $79 dollars a day for the last 2 days instead of a pro-rated weekly rate charge. Your other locations charge a daily rate of $19.95 and that is what I thought I was paying here. Not $79 a day. The truck had $19.95 ALL OVER IT. I am not sure if that is legal here in Missouri, but it certyainly is dishonest and unethical.
I guess I can check with the State Attorney General to see if it's legal or not.

With a new 2013 vehicle would have been nice to know that it required E-85 fuel. The call center informed me that I needed to put that kind of fuel only in the vehicle. Finding a dealer of this kind of fuel took almost 2 hours.
