Please forgive my English as it is my second language. This place gets really busy and have a lot of people. Line goes out the door. I see review at this place and saw the complaints from people. I don't know what they are talking about. This place has best and REALLY GOOD service. It is the customer who complain who are bad. I don't know English but I know what to do. I brought back on time, clean, and same gas level as they told me to do. Everything was perfect and great. Great service and great place

The truck that we rented was okay. It was the customer service right from the start, from making reservation up to returning the truck that really sucks in this location! I wanted 24 hrs rental but this rude guy said I could only have it for 6 hrs. In the end I got what I wanted. Returning the truck,I was told to return it at 9am same time as I got it or else I could pay up to $200 so I was there before 9am the following day. It was my turn and I was told by the lady to wait until all the people picking up their truck are all done. What??? What if people will keep on coming,so I have to wait there although i was there first?! Then she said she'll call her boss coz she can't check me out coz all those people are in a hurry. Well, I was in a hurry too! I will NEVER EVER COME BACK TO THIS U-HAUL LOCATION AGAIN!!!

When put extra gas when returning don't give you a credit. But when your returning the vehicle and less gas the charge $5.00 per gallon its insane gotta change that is not fair to us consumer...$19.95 and 4 hour I paid $90.00 better of rent a cargo van from enterprise and keep the vehicle for 24 hours....I wont recommend this to anyone at all.

first of all im so disaapointed! ive rent a pick up truck and the guy asked what time im goona bring back the truck and i told him 5 or 6pm that was 2:30 pm on that time he didnt even explain me anything! i went to palo alto to pick up something then when i bring back the truck after i used it the guy gave me the paper about the the total charges of my bill, when i saw the total amount im shock its beacause they charged me like $93 dollars and i ask the guys how come that you charge me $93 the guy reply I DONT KNOW!!!what the fuck is that! and he told me did you open online? me: what? how im gonna open online im not authorized to change it! first come in my mind that guy dont know nothing because when i asked him how its happen he dont know!!! and he said its cheaper when you rent the truck per day than per mileage. what?. never mind! if you are guys concern about your rating or customer satisfaction/customer service you guys have to put right people. if your are concern on my mesage u can reach me at gdacleson@rocketmail.com i need your responce ASAP about what happen!!!

Excellent and fast service. Best to drive into the lot by going northward on Mission St. There is a large divider and fast traffic if you come southward.

1. Truck was dirty
2. I forgot to take the dolly with me. When I called to let them know, they said they had to check the security tapes to make sure that I was telling the truth.
3. I returned the gas tank down 1/8 (checked out at 1/2, returned at 3/8), and I was charged $50. Not cool.

Used this location before, staff is always friendly and accommodating. On this particular occasion, the van was pretty filthy on pickup; we had to sweep out the back and clear trash out of the cab before we loaded up our own stuff.

- Had a scheduled pickup for 11AM, but did not receive any customer service for over 20 minutes when two individuals were working the counter with only one customer in addition to myself.
- Confirmation on fuel level, prior to issuing paperwork for the rental is highly recommended. Having the customer "check and verify" after they've signed the contract and then having to redo the contract since fuel levels do not match is a waste of time for both parties concerned.
- Clarity was needed when it came down to "returning the truck clean" or face a fee. I received the rental truck with mud stains on the exterior and interior of the cab. But when I reported this to the agent, she explained "that's fine". I clearly showed her the contract I was asked to initial which stated the "cab/(cargo) box".
- The rental process online was smooth and simple, but receiving the rental from this location was long and tedious. This was the poorest customer service I have received when renting moving trucks.

Honestly the customer service was not friendly at all, up pond arrival employees seemed to be very confused and disorganized in which truck I was suppose to use. The lady who was working the front desk told me to bring the truck back before 1pm. When I was done moving I made it back to the office on time at approximately 12:45pm.When I walked in I noticed the same female employee sitting at a table 4 feet away from the register playing with her cell phone. I approached female informed her I was here to return the truck like she asked, and unfortunately I was instructed to leave the U-Haul Truck Key on the desk because she was taking her lunch, and that she'll email me my receipt later. This made me extremely uneasy with doing business with them. I didn't understand how she felt it was okay to think I preferred my receipt emailed without asking, or giving me an option nor she didn't tell me my total balance. The female employee turned around in the chair she was sitting in and continued to play with her phone. I felt disrespected and ignored, I wanted to know my balance and my have a receipt to go along with it. What made matters worse was when one of the mechanics was adding disturbing comments about me wanted my receipt. After asking the female employee repeatedly to please give me a receipt she finally got up and walked 4 feet to the register and provided me a receipt for my business. I would Never Ever Recommend anyone to conduct business with Brake Plus and if I ever need to rent a U-Haul Truck again, I would do my research finding another location first.
