I'm not sure! I think the location could use some renovations. However, this nothing to do with the staff. All of the staff were friendly and offered excellent customer service, especially the lady, who I believe was the store manager. They all helped to make my first moving experience a success. For other needs, I would visit this location again.

You charged me twice because the center failed to return the trailer. In the meanwhile this transaction has caused me to pay a $35.00 overdraft fee and you all will not pay for the overdraft and it will take 3 to 5 business days to put the money back which again will cost me.

Charged me cleaning fee and I cleaned the truck before I returned it. I asked for a picture and she put me on hold and then hung up on me and still has not called back or emailed me a picture.

have two people outside greeting the customers with keys. waiting for our truck to pull up was kind of lame. but its a Saturday so its busy. but yall should have adequate staff for a busy day.

My overall U-Haul experience was atrocious. I made an appointment to pick up a truck at the Zonolite Rd. location, and when they called to confirm, they said that I would have to pick up at a different location because they would not have any trucks available, despite the fact that they had been available on the U-Haul website. So the next day when we went to go pick up our truck from the Clairmont Rd. location, they said they had no trucks! I called customer service and they said OUR RESERVATION HAD BEEN CANCELLED. What??? I had the representative make a reservation anywhere where they ACTUALLY had the truck we needed. We ended up going to the Candler Rd. location. It took at least 10 minutes for anyone to help us, even though they acknowledged we were there in he first 2 minutes. The person who finally did help us moved at a glacial pace without any sense of urgency whatsoever. A line of at least 10 people grew behind us in the 15 minutes it took this man to take our payment and give us our keys. We were late for picking up our furniture and it set our whole day behind schedule. Working with U-Haul was BY FAR the most frustrating experience I have ever had as a customer. The worst part is that we were planning to use U-Haul for moving into our new apartment this summer, but now I don't know if I ever want to use their services again.

The guy that checked me in was very nice. The guy that gave me the truck was also very nice. They seemed to be a bit understaffed though. I waited 10-15 minutes after checking in to get the truck because there was only one person to install hitches, get the trucks to the customers, etc. That's not a super long time, and I didn't mind because I could see the situation.

Please Train employees in store & call centers to provide consistent information. Over the past couple of weeks I've spoken to several representatives in order to streamline my experience on move day. However I was given Mis-information by multiple employees. Which caused me to be charged for 3 extra hours by my moving help. The morning of the move (days after reservation was made) I was told by a uhaul rep that I did not have to be there when the moving help picked up my truck & that I could make payment over the phone. The rep took my payment & emailed me a receipt. BUT Once my movers arrived at the store, I received a call telling me that I needed to come in. This cost me my first hour. Then my storage reservations were not submitted by staff properly. So I was told there was availbility at the location but once my movers got there with all of furniture they were told that not only was there no reservation for me, but no storage to accommodate me. The general manager at the Scenic highway location in snellville, GA made no attempt to assist me even though there was an obvious error made by Uhaul. She only told me what she couldn't do. The second uhaul storage facility, I was directed to also had no space to accommodate me. The third & final place(Hewatt rd snellville, GA) actually had great customer service from the management & staff. They assisted me in getting the storage handled. However, Due to the lack of training by the UHAUL employees my move lasted from 9am-7pm. I had to listen to movers complain about missing a job & warned me that Time is money. I thought that using uhaul would make my experience easier but it was a 10 hour nightmare that I PAID dearly for (of which only 4 hours were spent loading & unloading my furniture.)

This experience was absolutely horrible. I will never come back! Not only did the staff misrepresent our contract and we ended up paying over $100 more than we were told that we were going to have to pay for, but when I questioned what the pricing represented and what it was for, I got a belligerent, disrespectful answer back. The manager was the only person who was somewhat reasonable, but she does not work on the weekends. This is unfortunate, because the weekend staff I dealt with on two different occasions, was honestly the most unprofessional group of people I have ever dealt with in customer service.

Great service, great cargo van... I was really impressed with its cleanliness and functionality. Attendants were responsive, knowledgeable, and nice. Fast. Better than I remembered from using U-Haul 10 years ago. Absolutely well done U-Haul.
