I think that a customer should not be charged for items that they don't use. I ordered two sets of blankets, however I didn't need them but I got charged for them anyway.

The truck I got the battery was dead at the store, they charged it. After I loaded the truck up at my apartment the battery died again. I called road side and couldn't get anyone, I got a jump from a neighbor. Then I went to the storage to pickup the rest of my belongings and the battery died again, I called someone to give the truck a jump. I drove to Fairburn to offload my funiture and left the truck running because I didn't want the battery to die. I made my reservation for weeks and I got the worst truck ever. I called customer service, they didn't care and keep transferring to other people & then I got transferred back to the beginning. Worst experience ever.

The level of service I received was very poor. The van I was given was very dirty. So dirty I had to ask for a broom to sweep the dirty out. I hope read it correctly I had to ask for a broom and I your customers had to sweep out the van. The paperwork I was given had the gas invert so it appear on paper that there was more gas than what the van actually had in the tank. I drove the van 35 mile and had to replace $20 worth of gas so uhaul would not charge. The manager was completely unprofessional and unwilling to see that I had the van less than 3 hours and drove 35 miles. How does that equate to $20 worth of gas. I felt ripped off by Uhaul and I am never using you ever again. I will tell everyone I meet how Uhaul treat me this weekend. I will make sure they are well aware of uhaul tactics. This location was an monstrosity being the fact that the guy who rent me my trailer was rude. I came in to rent a 5x10 trailer and he tried to tell me it was a 5x10 which clearly had 6x12 on it. So no they didn't have my equipment I rented and didn't offer me the $50 uhaul guarantees.

I made a reservation over the phone which seemed great and comfortable and easy. I show up to the location and thats when things went down hill. The rep at the from desk was short in her answers and didn't ask the right questions to get me the trailer in a timely fashion. Even though I made a reservation, it took me an hour to get out of there with a motorcycle trailer. I was never told that I would need a passport if my license is from a different state or that i could bring a signed lease agreement. after about 20 minutes she asked for my phone number and said oh... never mind, you're in the system. Didn't communicate what was happening and was texting (her manager maybe) Then asked me if it was wrong that she told her boss that a coworker wasn't wearing U-Haul uniform. . .I said if her boss asks then she shouldn't lie but tattling is never good. They helped me but only to the minimal extent. I also wasn't informed that the place closed at 5 on sundays and my drop off time was 6:45... I managed to find the drop off window even though it was blocked by a U-Haul truck. The trailer worked great.

Do not skim over information, be clear about time. I feel scammed by being charged for 2 days when the truck says $39.95 a day not by the hour. No one told me I would be charged an extra day if I was not back by a certain time. Poor & deceptive customer service.

Waited over an hour to get helped because there were at least 4 people infront of me with one guy working!! Then when the female came in they started helping the others with propane rather than helping me with a trailer. I wouldn't ever go back to that location and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.,

I was granted a VIP certificate from U-Haul Corporate office and the last 3 times, they have not been able to use the certificate due to problems on U-Haul's side. The Manager, Crystal Cephus, has gone above and beyond the call of duty to resolve this issue; however, your IT staff have not figured out why there is this glitch in the system and I cannot authorize payment on my credit card for another charge -- this would be number 3! Please understand CRYSTAL is not the problem -- she has worked tirelessly with me in getting this issue resolved to no avail! Please read these comments and help her resolve this issue. Thank you!
