The windshield on the truck I picked up was so nasty on the inside, I had to pull over to wash it myself. This is a major safety concern.

this being a 2014 ford f-150. we were not explained how to put gas in the capless filler on the truck. the service manager seems not to care of our complaint and indicated that by putting the nozzle at the service station woul open the enclosed doors on the truck. the attendants at U-Haul themselves tried to access the filler themselves with no success. one of the attendants then found out that there was a funnel in the truck that had too first be inserted to get the doors open. I was just upset that no one knew this beforehand. I recommend that this information be relayed to all customers who rent this particular type of truck.

I picked up a trailer between 10-11AM. After I was on the road I noticed the return time was 8AM: So Two recommendations: Do not have customers return during rush hour in Atlanta; give me 24 hours with the trailer to unload the next day. I went after rush hour, easy drive, and I was not charged, so I appreciate that.

Did not remember to give me dolly I reserved and I was charged for dolly, also I originally registered at the memorial location. Systems were down and did not reimburse me for the extra miles I had to drive to get to next location.

This store was understaffed for a Saturday morning 9/20 . I made a reservation online and still had to wait in line for 30+ mins when I got there to pick the truck up. Then when I returned the truck I waited in line another 15+mins until I finally just decided to leave the keys in the truck and go about my day. The first thing is to have more staff available on weekends to serve customers because that's when a majority of people move. The next suggestion is to have a line for people that have reserved online and another for people that had not. It would cut down on the amount of time people have to wait for service. Obviously if I reserve online I'm trying to get in and out quickly.

Personnel did not explain return procedures. People do not move every weekend. I went inside to return the truck and the lady asked why we didn't talk to the person outside to return with a rude look on her face that said to me that we should have known better. And to make it worse no one was outside to process the return. Everyone returning trucks during that time were complaining about the same issue. Unacceptable!

rude manager staff did not go over rental and show you the vehicle told there would be moving straps and there was not any upon arrive to house. Called back and manager was rude and basically told me that he handles everything and I could go to corporate but it will just come back to him. Needs to be retrained on CS skills and manager skills.

The manager was sitting in the counter area carrying out what I presumed was important paper and online work, but his banter with the employees as he sat there detracted from the overall experience. Surely, there is a back office in which to conduct that aspect of business. If there is a problem with staff such that they require that type of monitoring then they should be replaced. That having been said, I have been a loyal U-Haul user for decades -- for moving and storage-- and most of your sites continue to be tops in my book.
