You can get more people to help get the customer in and out. Everytime I need to get a van I go to this store and your workers are very nice and kind but you just don't have enough people to take care of the customer.

This was this "WORST" rental experience we've ever had! This location was out of 17ft. truck rentals so the GM, Danny Quinn, placed us in a "all white" truck for purchase -- to be used as a rental with 1/4 gas in tank. As soon as we purchased $30 of gas and got on the highway the truck begin to shake terribly; fearing for our safety we returned it only to be given the 3rd degree about why we did not pull over and call for service. He (Danny) went back and forth with us in front of 4 customers and suggested that we had gone more miles than it took to bring back the truck in 30 min. We explained that we had to get gas and carefully return to Uhaul. This entire ordeal wasted over an hour of our time with NO APOLOGY at all from Danny. Additionally, no refund (he claim) was able to be given for our $30 gas purchase. He finally agreed to give us another truck for $19.99 AFTER we were totally irritated and frustrated with his lack of concern for our inconvenience. I could go on and on about this horrible experience but, bottom line, the customer service was NOT in the best interest of the customer at all. It was low-class and unprofessional in every sense of the word! Interesting how businesses are all smiles when taking your money... but ready to argue when you request it back. Rather than accommodate the customer to win future business... we are walking away vowing never to return or refer anyone to this Uhaul on Covington. Guess this is the way of today's businesses. Moreover, the "heart" of the Managers in position to run them! Too bad Danny Quinn wasn't wise enough to see a bigger picture.:-( It's truly a poor reflection on Uhaul and I rate our overall experience as two thumbs down!!!

Manager was very pleasant and helpful. This location is VERY busy, he and his assistants did their best to accomdate everyone in a timely manner. The manager was very knowledgeable and was even able to multi-task (keeping one eye on the trainee to make sure he was completing contracts correctly) while checking in others. He was impressive and organized - should be a U-haul trainer.

all of the equipment I need it was not there when I got there because of a scheduling problem as far as the location itself the customer service was great they went out of their way to get me when I need it especially Josiah Smith he was excellent I really appreciated everything he did for me I would most definitely use Uhaul again and would be happy to go to this location

Had a problem with the truck the battery was dead tried to call roadside but couldn't get through so i had to jump it with my car it delayed my move that was not Good!!!!!!

I made a trailer reservation and before my pickup date I visited a UHaul site to assure that my vehicle was trailer towing ready. On the day of pickup, I had to go to three different locations after discovering that all lights didn't work either on the trailer itself or due to malfunction of my connections. After about three hours of going from one location to another the Covington Hwy manager suggested that he install new hardware on my vehicle to be able to leave the lot with the trailer. He charged me for this service. However I asked the manager if he would consider giving a discount since I had been to several locations and had experienced either the trailer lights were out and I was three hours late for my engagement. I did take some responsibility for my vehicle but at some of the other locations the clerk hooked the trailer up to a uhaul truck and the trailers did not function correctly which meant that even though I may have had an issue the trailers were not up to standard to be rented anyway. The manager at the Covington Hwy location told me that he didn't care about what I had gone through with other uhaul locations on that day and his location will not give me a discount because I too had a problem. I explained to him that the trailers from all the other locations didn't work even on their own vehicles and this was a Uhaul quality issue as well. He didnt care and because at this point I was desperate to get on the road I accepted this bad customer service and paid everything in full the manager charged. I would rent from someplace else next time. I had never been so disappointed before. Bad customer relationships does not keep customers and Uhaul should have taken a little responsibility for my inconvenience.

change your gm at the covington hwy store to the the african guy there i forgot his name but he was way nicer than the general manager who was trying to rush me out of the store while speaking to corporate so un professional and rude...Id never rent another item from this location unless a change in management occurs and alot of your customers from that location feel the same way

Truck "check engine" light and "brake" light kept going on during the move. Gas gauge was flipping back & forth so I couldn't really tell if the tank was full. It was a little scary. Customer service was SUPERB, especially Danny & April.

The trailer they connected to my truck became disconnected from my truck and almost caused an accident. And all they can say is I'm sorry for any inconveniences. I tried 2 times to contacted the corporate, once I was transferred back to customer service and the second time I just couldn't talk after all I went through with U-Haul. after about 8 calls and reservations made at location without trailers and after arriving at this location and the wrong type of trailer reserved. No one ever called to see if I was ok after the trailer came disconnected. Good ole customer care training at it's best. THEY ARE SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCES. The service rep told me they hadn't had a trailer come loose in about 2 yrs. Why should a trailer ever come disconnected? And that was was how I was treated by U-Haul.
