I would not recommend this location, specifically because it is a lot further than I intended to travel. I passed numerous other locations on the way. In the future if I cannot get what I need from UHaul at a closer location. Then I will simple rent else where.

Again, the people at Pennell Rd in Media, PA and the drop off location in Denver were both extremely helpful and professional - downtown Philly, not so much.

Not sure why I even made a reservation, I couldn't get the truck I wanted at the time I wanted. Furthermore, when I went to pick the truck up and the associate was putting a hold on my card, she asked, "how is 2:30 on monday to have the truck returned?" I said "yes, that is fine." When she rung me up it was way more than I anticipated, so I asked why it was so expensive and she said it was to rent the truck for three days. I had made a reservation to have the truck for two days so I asked what time it needed to be back to make it a two day rental. She said, "Oh well it would need to be back the this time on Monday." It was 1:45pm, and I feel that she was trying to charge me and extra day for 45 minutes... very poor experience...

i can't think of anything to improve. i was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the store, and the employees.(have had bad experiences in the past) the entire experience was very efficient and the staff were very pleasant.

I reserved a 6' x 12' open trailer May 16 for June 8 at the 1-70 and Colfax location. I went to pick it up and was told none were available. I was told reservations aren't any guarantee just availability. It took 14 hrs of inconvenience to get what I had reserved for in May.

Pick up was quick and efficient. I had been told the tank was full when in fact it had 3/4 tank. This was documented and changed on my contract. I did not like the bag of blankets that I had not ordered being in the truck (if I opened them I would be charged) as it took up valuable space. It took some persuading but the gentleman removed them and noted it on my contract so I would not be charged. Overall a pleasant experience.

The staff at the Lower Colfax location was terrific. I cannot say the same about the staff at my original pickup location, which was Long Bros Garage in Conifer. The woman who answered the phone was completely uninterested in helping me when I asked if someone could stay for 10 minutes after their closing time because I was running behind. She seemed to delight in telling me they were closing at 5pm and that was it...tough luck. I cancelled the order and got the trailer at Lower Colfax. I understand the concept of business hours and the reasonable expectations associated with them. However, this person went out of her way to tell me that staying after hours to accommodate me was out of the question. As a paying customer, I did not appreciate her manner.

Busy weekend for Uhaul, had trouble finding me a truck for Saturday morning as my resv. requested, didn't get a truck till late Saturday. Vibration at 65 -72 mph.

I had a reservation for a 10 foot truck and went to pick up twas told they didn't have any 10 foot trucks. Had to pick it up from sonewhere else and come back to hook the car dolly to it. Never use these guys.

The Trailer was manufactured in 1991. It was well maintained with newer wheels and tires on it but I couldn't help thinking how many tens of thousand dollars they might have cashed in on this 22 year old trailer. Time to retire that one!

I stated I wanted a rental to Washington but was given an in-town contract. When I dropped off in Washington, I was notified that I would be charged double the one-way rate Although my fault for not examining the contract closely, it would be nice to have the representative clearly dictate the terms of the contract prior to signing.
