My experience at the location was excellent, however my location was changed by UHaul because the truck@the initially contracted location was disabled. I was promised reimbursement for the inconvenience, but was not. Additionally, my fuel&mileage cost doubled. I'll be filing a formal BBB complaint soon.

More training to the order takers. They had me down for a pickup truck when I wanted a 10' truck with cab. The lady said all three pictures were called pickup trucks. I was going to be upset with a pickup when I arrived to pick up my order. The man said he had a 10' truck available. Thank goodness for the man there at pickup time.

Very unprofessional service with staff that was unwilling to help and very rude. There was one person working on a saturday which was also the first of the month, and even at 7am it took me over an hour and a half to get out of the store. Cashier was rude in his manners and unwilling to make my experience positive. My uhaul order was messed up and I received a phone call saying it would be at another location and would get a $50 credit to my card for the inconvience. I never received this reimbursement . I will never use uhaul again or recommend my friends go there. It was the worth customer service experience I've had with any company before in my life.

Again this facility's computers were down and they would not give me a signed return reciept for the trailer. The staff was unprofessional and extremely critical of U-Haul, the facility and the issues that continually plagued your company and facility.

My on line reservation was for the location near Bellview but someone there gave away my trailer. I was foced to drive farther north from my home to get a trailer. Frustrating to think I had things in order and ahead of schedule only to add miles to my rush hour drive home.

I make the reservation for motorcycle trailer other location and when I cam in to pick it up they said that they can't get me the trailer for the days that I choose cuz they rent trailer for someone else. They send me to 2322 South Federal. Another bad experience was 3 years ago when I rent a trailer to pick it up in Tennessee Memphis drove all the way back there to pick it up and was told that they don't have the trailer for me because they rented out to someone else , so that's the second bad experience with the reservations.

I had a great experience with the guy behind the desk. He was super nice, and you could tell he was trying very hard. My truck was clean - but I'm pretty sure the alignment was off.. I had to drive straight with the wheel pretty far off center. Also I think the AC was broken. But all the people there were super nice and I would totally use UHaul again!!!!

This was a terrible process to finally get a truck. While the clerk at this location was great it was my THIRD location after Uhaul botched my two previous reservations that day. Now I understand how Uhaul earned its bad reputation

When someone comes to drop a truck off you need to have an employee available since you want us to stay with the rented equipment. You should have a bell or something that goes off when a truck pulls into the return area

Our truck was not available at the time of our reservation, nor an hour later - which then set us back an hour for our moving time. The original location was at Garrison and Jewell and the manager was deeply apologetic and trying to fix our problem. However, we were ushered miles away from the Garrison store to the Federal store where the girl attending the front said she isn't "allowed to touch the computers so we will have to wait a while for the manager." The manager was curt and unapologetic. I mentioned that we had been told we would receive a 50$ credit for our mileage and loss of time. He vaguely acknowledged me and moved on. We went from having a 7 hour rental of a 20' truck to a 4 hour rental of a 10' truck. We promised to do our very best to have it back at the designated time because we had hoped this wouldn't happen to the next customer. Upon our return, my fiancé was roughly 15-20 min late, rushing from Boulder to an even further destination in Denver than originally anticipated. I received a nasty call from the manager nagging me to have the truck back at around 3:10. Finally, when my fiancé arrived at about 3:20 the manager completely ignored him while the man waiting for our truck was in the store! The manager then threatened my fiancé - who was very polite, far more polite than I would have been - with a late fee, which he then backed down from but refused to credit the 50$ for our immense inconvenience of having to make what would take 7 hours take only 4. So disappointing. Definitely going to Penske next time and will tell my friends to do the same. If you make promises to credit someone for their inconveniences, that is a sincere gesture of apology. To then rescind it in such a petty way is just childish and shows zero respect for your customers.

Employee was not helpful, his overall attitude was that I was bothering him. He couldn't operate the credit card machine and if I hadn't made a suggestion as to how to fix it I think he would have told me tough luck for you. He didn't inform me that the truck wouldn't start if the emergency brake was engaged, which I had to figure out on my own at 11 pm by sheer luck!!! Also, when returning the truck the next day I told him that when filling with gas 5 minutes earlier a customer had to start the truck for me. By chance he figured out that the gear shift had to be held all the way in Park WHILE turning the key. He didn't seem to really listen or care that I'd had trouble. All in all being able to rent a truck allowed me to get done what I needed to get done, but I didn't feel valued at the pick up location at all.

The equipment wasn't ready and we had to wait for them to figure it out. They also were not friendly or helpful. They did not have any problem solving skills and I had to troubleshoot the problem on my own. They were hurried and complacent. Instead of trying to figure out the problem, they were actually going to let me leave and go find a trailer elsewhere. Also, why can't Uhaul contact other uhaul locations by phone?! This is gross negligence and stupidity for a large business. Highly considering never using uhaul again.

Pick up of truck was great: short and precise. Drop-off was very slow, waiting almost 25 minutes in line. Once I was waited on, the process was quick. The wait could have been mitigated by more help at counter. One person was swamped.

Twice you people have missed up my orders. After phone calls and face to face visits I find that my account is mixed up with someone else's even online. The gentleman that assisted me on my call today 7/26/15 was nice enough but still had different Contract information than I did. This really is very bad. it is a good thing you don't still have my credit card information. Your people have been nice, but there is no excuse for the mix up of peoples information. I now have to make a trip to this location to get this mess cleaned up. At this point, not sure I would recommend you all to anyone.

I used the drop box so I didn't interact with anyone. The original contract drop off location was a ghetto car repair shop and would not recommend dropping a truck there.
