I know they are just moving vans and trucks but having pride in your work and your equipment is very important and the insides of some of the u haul equipment that I have seen or used in the past is very dirty inside except for a quick wipe down they should be more detailed and attended to inside as well as ot,

Good uhaul dealer..open late..prompt service. Gave me a receipt and I was all done with the return in the matter of minutes

I waited for about 45 minutes in line to pick up the Uhaul I had reserved a week prior. I could understand if there were multiple employees working hard to get customers through the line and assist everyone. This was not the case. There was only one employee and although he was keeping his composure quite well, a little emotion or frustration with the situation would have been nice. He was completely "stone faced" the whole time and acted like it wasn't a big deal that I had just waiting for 45 minutes. This was a Saturday afternoon, don't you think it would have made sense to have multiple employees on staff? After all, that has to be the busiest time for any Uhaul location. I'm trying to be constructive here but it truly was a horrible experience. I'll likely never use this location again and possibly not use Uhaul as a whole again.

Was very unsatisfied . I rented the truck when I got it it was not at the mark on the fuel line . The gentleman that helped us check in marked where it was . When I returned it it was at the .same mark I received it at a smidge below but still at the mark I was charged for not returning it at the 3/4 mark I tried telling Ponzi but he was rude and was not listening to what I said . charged me for over two gallons your price . Have all ways used u haul .never have I been treated so badly . Never will again .

David was the only one there when we reserved the trailer and had to wait but he was still great to deal with.

Ponzi was great, but the location appears to be understaffed as he was the only person who was cashing people out, filling out propane tanks, and checking in/out rental trucks.

Sign on the wall: One Day In Town 13' or 17' truck = $29.95, My cost ended up being over $106. Reserved via phone because I manage a non-profit and would be out of town when we needed to pick up one of our largest donations of the year. Left my debit card number and the name of the person who would be driving. Got a call the next day. The person driving would need to bring $100 cash as a deposit on the vehicle. I now have to scramble to get the cash out of the bank and to them before I leave town. My wife took the money to them the next day - they don't need it after all, but will have to have someone physically there with the card to swipe it (I'm 5 states away, driving by this point). It seems that when you leave your card number via phone reservation that merely holds the reservation but the numbers can't be transferred to the actual pick up location. I found a rest stop, exited the highway, called customer service and talked to a former Marine who made things happen. Made notes so they could use my card number without me being there. The vehicle was picked up by 5pm and returned by 9pm. Next morning 7:15 we get a terse call that the keys weren't left. Checked with our driver. Seems he locked them in the console of the truck... just as the sign on the business door directed. This process was not customer friendly and put the franchise owner in bad light as well.

I have never been to a uhaul where you have to pay your own money for gas and mileage, to return the vehicle back to the same uhaul. That is not only senseless but it also costs the customer more when it could just be dropped off at another location, and the vehicle is no longer being used for customer purposes, but to make it easier on the Uhaul rental location. I had to pay just to drive the uhaul truck when I wasn't even using it because it was required that I return the truck back to the location. It did not make sense to me and I will make sure that anyone that I know is aware of the inconvenience that this particular Uhaul location caused and NEVER rents from this Uhaul company. I will also be reporting this, as well as review this Uhaul location on every site possible to make SURE that everyone knows to go to another location for a uhaul rental.

I originally booked a trailer on Zuni and Colfax, and had a reservation there and I even called to confirm, and when I got there, they didn't have it and I had to wait quite a while before they found one on Alameda. I am also very disappointed with the fact that you don't let me return the trailer to a different location. It makes things very inconvenient. Finally, I rented this Uhaul to purchase a very heavy chicken coop in Co Springs, which we measured before renting the trailer. When we got there, (it took over 4 hours due to the mix up I mentioned), the coop didn't even fit because the gate that lowers into a ramp is smaller than the width of the trailer and we couldn't slide it on, so we ended up renting it and driving all the way to Colorado Springs for nothing. I really wish you'd have mentioned that in the description of the trailer. The people at W Alameda were great, but I'm quite disappointed with the trailer and your policy and your reservation department.

I specifically asked that the amount due be held on my debit card but that I was going to pay with a check from my non-profit company because the service was to be billed through them. When I came to pay with the check later that day, they had already put the payment through to my debit card. When I confronted the sales lady about it she called her boss, David Ponzi and he said that he would refund the entire amount to my card because it was a non-profit order. Not only did he not do this but I called multiple times that week and left multiple messages for him to return my call. He never did. Instead he sent me a copy of the bill and this survey to fill out. I will never use this company again and neither will the employees of my company. If you really read these comments and would like to make things right, please call me at 720.569.7305 or e-mail me at Ponyo197835@gmail.com

The employee who helped me seemed to be new and wasn't as informative as I would have liked. However he took the time to make sure I was set and ready.

The personnel were very nice and I was in and out without a problem, however after returning the truck I was charged a 'wrong location drop of fee' of $300 for returning the truck to another location. This was after I had specifically asked for a truck I could return to a different location. Before I left the pickup location I asked at least 3 or 4 times about dropping off at another location and the employee ensured me that I could without any additional fees. I'm still fighting to get my money refunded!

The service was acommodating. However the vehicle was not drivable. It died at every corner. It was frustrating. It took longer then it should have due to this problem.

It took you more than a week (8 days) to refund me the difference on the rental. That is complete bullshit! I've rented cars, and had hotels due the same procedure with my debit card and for those situations, I received my money back in 1-2 days. This will be my last UHaul rental ever.
