The location wasn't the easiest place to find. I Used it because it was the closest one to our destination for our use of the trailer.

This location billed our credit card an extra $85 3 days after we dropped off the truck without even telling us. We received a receipt via email with no explanation as to what the charge was for. I have left 2 messages trying to get someone to explain to me why after being rented a truck that was not safe to drive we would then be billed an extra $90, but have still not received a return call.

This place is terrible I just found out tonight through an email that I've been charged for 5 days renting a 20' truck.. But I dropped the truck off on the 15th and they charged me to the 20th terrible terrible.. I don't think I'll ever use Uhaul again.. I mean this is outrageous... How in the hell does this happen? Big mistake.

Wrong truck. Right truck wasn't available... Oh wait there it is! No moving pads or dolly, they were in the wrong truck. And when you get your bill, please notice that we charged you $1200. for mileage on a 4 hour rental because we put down the beginning mileage from the wrong truck. Plus being charged for those pads and dolly. It still isn't straightened out and they do not seem to care.

Customer service did not exist! I had called ahead to change my pick up time to between 1-3pm. The receptionist put me down for 1pm - and I even double checked with her that that time would be ok if I arrived later. When I arrived (closer to 3pm) I was told that "I was lucky" and the reservation (that I made months in advance) would have been cancelled if he had had an extra moment to do so before I arrived. Also, Jessie was the attendant that helped me - he was uninformative and gave me incorrect information about the check out process. I was given no information about the after-hours check-in process, even though I had stated that the return would likely be after hours. I even called the 877 number for information on the after hours check-in and she was not helpful either. I had to completely guess as to what to leave in the box (since it was a trailer - no truck keys) - I did receive a confirmation but I still don't know what I was suppose to leave. The trailer itself worked ok - however if you drove between 40-45mph it rattled very loudly-you had to either go slower or faster, the lights worked but were very dim, one of the tail lights was broken and taped over, and there was no way to lock the trailer whether connected to the vehicle or not (could be much better maintained).

Ever thing was good but just one thing who ever takes a phone call from a customer. Make sure to train them again on what a person needs to put down on a deposit. .cause my husband call in for a u haul..and I pick it up and was not aware that I needed to put a 100.00 $ deposit.ooh and the girl who helped me out Dani from dealer no.57.she very nice and very good customer skills

Had several problems getting my trailer hitch - it was late - no one bothered to call or email to let me know. Trailer had a bad hub and caused me to delay my vacation. Customer service didn't show sincere concern with all the issues I had. I won't use U-Haul again unless I absolutely have to.

My 10 ft truck was not available. I was given a 14 ft with a $50 guarantee credit but this was not included on my bill at drop off. Given the rush and other customers waiting I did not press the issue. I do expect the $50 guarantee credit to be applied to my charges. The employee, Roman, was patient, and polite.

I've had issues with this location on 2 separate occasions. First time I came across this location I had called and made a reservation to rent a 26' storage unit, so I packed all my belongings and made the trip from junction which is a 5 hour drive, only to find out that they only had a smaller unit. I had to leave my belongings in the truck which they wouldn't allow me to keep on the premises and rent a different storage across town. The second time i used this location i rented a truck for 3 hours traveled 35 miles round trip and they charges me $75 for an 1/8 tank of fuel and when I called and questioned them about it he said and I quote " u should have fueled it up yourself" then hung up the phone! Will never use this location again! !

The first location (31st and Gilpin) where I originally reserved a trailer apparently had a power outage and was waiting on their internet to come up, so they said they couldn't rent to me. I get it - things happen. But the lady behind the counter appeared to be completely unconcerned with my dilemma (I needed to pick up a trailer, load it, and get to a storage unit before 6pm to check in - this was at 4). Instead she essentially just kep yelling at me about how helpless she was, and did nothing to get me in touch with other stores in the area, discuss what my options were, etc. I don't think I'd even said two words before she got all up-and-flustered... I had to Google and call from my phone and ask around for the right trailer. Finally, the location on York had one and gave me great service. But this first location was a joke.

the truck had just a little over a quarter of a tank of gas. It was very hard to figure out how much gas to put back in the tank. If the tank was full or close to full it would be much easier to know how much to put back in.

VEHICLE HAD TO BE TOWED FROM RESIDENCE BECAUSE OF INOPERABLE IGNITION SYSTEM WE LOST ONE DAY OF USE WITH THE TRUCK AND LOST TIME EVERYTIME WE STOPPED FOR FOOD GAS OR HOTEL AS WE COULD NOT GET IT STARTED...WE ARE VERY DISATISFIED...HAVE TO RENT ANOTHER TRUCK THIS WEEKEND 8-2 WE WOULD LIKE SOME CREDIT FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE

We waited an hour to get our rental. One person working the counter while the other two walk around. Once the red head decided to start working, she took all easy transaction first. Jesse did the best he could. He was great but other than that the whole experience was terrible. A lack for customers etc.

I was told by your customer service center to return the trailer to another location. When I got to that location I was directed to the above location because the original drop off point didn't have space for another trailer.
