My experience was very good, and the representatives were very friendly and helpful. The trailer had cigarette butts and packages in it. Seems easy enough to just sweep this out. Overall, happy with the experience.

Rental was not entered in correctly. It was suppose to be for two days and he did it for only one and charge me insurance even though I said no. During return they didn't made changes, either they owner the original agreement or change it reflect the way it should be and charge according to it.

We ordered a truck to haul equipment in the truck bed. It had been two days since it snowed and the back end hadn't been cleaned out - it was untouched and full of snow. Additionally, the fuel marker was less than the metered amount, so I had to put in extra gas in order to keep from being charged the additional fees. Both issues were absolutely sub-par. I see no reason at all to recommend UHaul to anyone. For similar needs I'd rather pay more and go to Enterprise. At least there I know the truck bed will be properly cleaned and maintained.

The tires on the truck did not have adequate tread therefore the truck got stuck in the snow. I was not informed of the $8.50 fee for using my card or I would have paid cash. The associate helping us was pleasant but when I pointed out that the truck had a 1/4 tank less than the contract said the manager was not pleased when he had to mark the correct amount. Although he did not say anything, it was his demeanor and attitude that showed us how he really felt.

I rented the largest tow behind trailer and it worked fine for how we were using it. However, it was dirty because it looked as if it just got dropped off. There was a cleaner one available, but it was not offered. Not a big deal to me in this case. If I would have been hauling something, I would have asked for the cleaner trailer.

This facility NEVER answers the phone. The staff is unable to operate the computer. The lot was full of snow on my first visit. It was full of ice yesterday. DANGEROUS!!! Penske next time!

I would suggest that you expand the number of options to answer the survey questions. Ex. 1."Was the equipment clean and we'll maintained?" In my case it wasn't dirty but there was snow covering the trailer, so a thorough inspection was not possible. I had no issues during use but could have, where an inspection might have eliminated an issue. 2. You don't ask any real specific questions. Like: How was the employee who helped with thr pickup of the equipment or how was the employee who handled the drop off? In my experience the person who handled the drop off was excellent and very professional and helpful, his name is Rick and did an excellent job, he will be the reason I use this location again and recommend this location to my friend's. Customer service makes all the difference to me and Rick has great customer service.

I had to wait for the one associate work at the location to install a hitch on a customers vehicle. There should be at least 2 associates working on a Saturday morning. Poor customer service.

You have to plan your arrival as I was only able to access this location while traveling east and had to depart headed east but since this location has been here for as long as I can remember and I'm 61 (I grew up in rural Iowa west of Des Moines), it probably isn't an issue.

Still waiting on a response from UHaul regarding $10 charge for furniture mats and a dolly that I did not use, never even took off the side of the truck. Employee who checked me out was great, truck was rough but OK. My only problem is billing issue - has been almost 48 hours and no response to my original cust service email from your website.

I was there a long time to process something that what was incorrect about my reservation. The clerk working was friendly, but new & had to call a co-worker in on his time off to correct the issue, whom then had to bring in a gal from the back (regional call center).
