Offer 24 hr drop off and also check alignment on trucks the wheel had to be turned quite a bit to go straight.

Make sure al your Trans are in working order ingot stuck with a truck with a bad Trans that didn't shift, stayed in high rpm, used up over a half tank of gas in 40 miles, last time they gave me a truck with flat and shirt tires, but they still charged me 80 bucks knowing the Trans was bad, it's bullshit cuz I spent more money on gas due to a shirt truck, I will never use that location again. Every time is a shitty truck

I picked up a truck and trusted a uhaul employee would not try and rip me off with gas and mileage, but both unfortunately happened. I will no longer rent from uhaul and stick with Budget like I have done in the past. Uhaul lied about how much gas was in the truck and the mileage was inaccurate when I returned it. I made a move that was less than a mile and did three truck loads so telle how that added up to almost 20 miles and a half tank of gas. It didn't I got ripped off and will never use this company again!

Customer service (the woman who took my order for the truck, NOT the man who closed me out) was awful. She was EXTREMELY rude. I needed her to move a truck so I could back mine up to the loading dock. She acted as if I made a personal attack on her. When she finally did it (after being asked twice), there still wasn't enough space for me to feel safe to move. I asked her to move the second truck. She said "I just parked all of these!" She grudgingly did it, giving me a dirty look the entire time. After having paid $65.00/month for over a year to store my goods at this location, then to pay for a truck, I would NEVER expect to be treated in this way. I was disappointed, offended and, frankly, outraged. I think Uhaul should make it up to me in some way, but that is on them. Either way, I will certainly never recommend this location to anyone else, and may blog about this incident in general.

I talked to a man on the phone at the answer center, he told me that a truck would be ready at the lincoln park location, I got there, there was no record of the truck on hold for me and I ended up paying $10.00 more for the truck than was quoted and 40 cents a mile more than they told me, the lady at the Lincoln park office that was working at 1 pm was very rude when I tried to explain what the man at the call center told me.......I'm not sure who was at fault the man at the call center or the Lincoln park office but I was very unhappy with the outcome.
