I would like for the customer representative to allow the customer to ask their questions without being "pressured" to reserve or give information first. As a customer, I think the person should have patience to answer what they can before asking for the potential customer's info. The second person that I spoke with did have patience and I appreciate that.

Give the employees a RAISE,all three Jentlemen were Friendly, Fast and Courtious performing their responsibilitys very fastteam work. I was in and out with NO delay. With a clean well maintained SAFE feeling vehicle.I will return for needs in the future.

I actually went to 2 different locations that are affiliated and both places gave me the runaround on a rental trailer. I believe they did so because it was a 1 way rental and they would be out a car hauler in the short term. I then called the 800 number and a wonderful women helped me in about 5 minutes place the exact same order at the same location and I returned and got the trailer. They were nice and friendly but could have just rented me the same thing without the hassle. Overall not a problem as I still got the rental but I would look else where in the future for rental equipment.

When someone reserved a trailer ahead of his/her use of your equipment, the person should be told at that point when to returned or when he/she going to returned the equipment. You don't wait till the day of to tell me the time i need to return it because you have reserved for someone else usage without the knowledge of the first person. You can call me at 734-956-2307. In regard to this, I am not so happy about the situation.

When I came to pick up the uhaul, the customer service was poor he rush through everything and I really didnt understand the whole process he reached over and gave his lady friend a kiss . I work in customer service that was terrible and I though the uhaul was goin to stop on me
