It was a 26 foot truck for in-town only. It was a rough and rugged ride even though I only did 15 total miles. Good enough for in-town but I would never have taken it on the highway.

I was in need of a truck for our move, and ended up having to rent a 20" truck, and then a box truck the following day. Charles at U-Haul Dublin was courteous, friendly, and was on top of everything. He made the experience absolutely painless. I can't wait to move again! Ok... the last part isn't true. I do not want to move again... but when someone needs a truck and if that person HAPPENS to be me - I will be back at Dublin U-haul. Thank you!!

Keep your pricing clear and make sure that everyone is aware of it. When I pulled in I asked about the options and prices. I was quoted the wrong price for the trailer that was hooked up to my car. When I went in to pay for the trailer. When I asked about an afterhours drop off I was told that would be fine.... then when I got the contract it was for 2 days.... If they had told me that I would have opted for the cheaper trailer but of course no one did so I paid 70.00 for transporting a 2 small garden tools.

I rented the trailer for a 24 hour period. I returned the trailer 30 minutes prior to the end of that 24 hour period and the attended asked if I wanted a hard receipt or an email receipt. I accepted the email and found out that the trailer was not checked in until 2 hours after the return deadline. I was charged for 2 days vs. one. I am now on my third call to customer service and still have not been able to have this resolved. Very disappointed at the time and effort this is taking to resolve. The time I tried to save using the email receipt has been surpassed trying to fix this issue.

Be more forthcoming with information over the phone. I was told there was a charge for the truck and milage. I was not told there was a charge for gas and needed to show proof of insurance for a pickup rental so I didn't come to the counter prepared. Would have been helpful.

U Haul Dublin did a great job after the Concord location dropped the ball and failed to complete my guaranteed contract. They did not have my trailer as guaranteed so I was sent to Dublin where they supplied the trailer.
