We have always experienced excellent service at this location. The equipment is in great condition, and the employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. This is the only U-Haul location that we can overwhelmingly recommend for consistent good service.

I was particularly upset that I overfilled the gas tank for return by 1/4 which made the tank full. I do not see why some provisions could not have been made to reimburse some of that gas money. The attendant treated me like an idiot when he show me the stupid little paper gauge showing me how to tell he much gas is needed. Many time gas gauges don't read properly and I didn't want to get charged some astronomical fee for bringing the gas tank back with less than 3/4.

Unfortunately, the previous user must have been a heavy smoker - the truck (front end and back) reeked of smoke and all my stuff smells like an ashtray. Aside from that, am very happy.

I felt like the guys working weren't really aware that customers came in the door. But, once they did... everything was great! Easy to work with, explained what was needed, store was clean, truck was clean. Maybe post a sign or have a button a customer can push that will call you if you are in a location that is hard to keep an eye on.

The guy who setup my appointment was awesome. It was the guy who check out my truck later in the week. He tried to tell me that the truck had to be back at 3:00 when I had a confirmation until 6:30. The ticket even said 6:30. He then said, I don't know who you spoke to but that truck should not have been book until 6:30. He was arguing my confirmation. I felt that I had to defend myself.

The truck I received had green tape over the driver side lock and the other side was taped in and touched up with white. No walk around was done with me. The strap on the tow dolly was frayed. There was also a 4 inch gash in the driver side rear truck tire that I had to have road side service for at my house. After heading to Houston, at last missouri exit I was flagged over by cars and a semi drirver, The ramp on the tow dolly pin broke and the ramp was fully extended flopping up and down hitting the road then my car. I called road side service and their first response was my supervisor said you can go purchase a pin. I was pretty hacked off at that point so I explained to her it was spring loaded and the pin was not missing it needed serviced. They did send someone out. Between all the issues I was delayed about 4 hours in a long move. They also retaped the driver door with silver tape. I had to sleep in this truck with no security. Very disappointed in Uhaul

The truck was ok the service was great but the truck was a little old and shifted pretty hard I thought the transmission was messing up
