We dropped the truck off after hours, read all the signs about leaving the keys in the key box, spent 30 min looking and there was no box. So we left the truck and had to return early the next morning to return the keys. I dont know if it was simply not put out that night or if there is not one, but it should be more clear as to it's location. Other than that every thing was great!

They need to staff more help. Took me 30 minutes to get out with a reservation. Then on return the owner who was working desk talked to customer about having only 2 people on at 3 pm when all a lot of trucks were coming back in. If you are the owner and you are short staffed consistently, fix it. you are in charge

The fellow who received the returned trailer disconnected the wiring by yanking on the wires instead of grasping the plugs and pulling them apart. In checking my car connection I don't observe any damage but won't really know until the next time I connect a trailer to my car. Yanking on the wires to disconnect a plug is not good for the customer's property nor for U-Haul's equipment.

Keep some of my information on file when account is pulled up like my e-mail, etc.so that I do not have to give the same information every time. I think it would cut down on the length of time the phone call last and would help in efficiency. :) .

The woman whoprocess me was excellent.... Onething: She said a man would bring the van up front. Five minutes later, nothing. So I went back in, then she said "Oh, it's next to the alley) which is in THE BACK!

Always respond to Customer's "Thank you" with. " You're welcome". ( a warm transaction) as opposed to: " Thank you" with response of "No problem." (Yuk!)(my business was-not -welcome but a potential problem-to-you?

The initial customer service person that checked people out to leave with u-hauls was pretty short and rude with several people before me. They need to remember that while they do this all day every day, we rent a u-haul maybe once every 5 years and we are not familiar with the process. The man checking the vehicles back in was very funny and attentive. Overall, a good experience.

This is my second experience rented a van from this location. They make the process so easy and they are very nice people to work with. I will use this location again when I have a reason to rent a van again!

While renting the trailer was a pretty simple straight forward procedure, hooking the trailer up and connecting the wiring harness was a whole other adventure. I was instructed to meet with "Trisha" or maybe "Tasha" something like that, a middle aged brunette white woman in the parking area to receive and hook up the trailer. She attached the trailer, safety chains and connected the wires. We didn't have running lights... Okay so we looked and the harness had been obviously drug along the ground previous, and was in poor condition. She found another harness that wasn't any better. So now we have intermittent connectivity. Regardless this isn't rocket science... I indicated that perhaps we also have a bad ground through the mechanical connection of the trailer. She didn't have a clue as to what I was talking about. I grabbed the trailer tongue handle and gave it a shake. This trailer wasn't close to being securely fastened. I would have lost that trailer, this is a huge mistake in my opinion. I assume this was under video so I encourage management to go and review this... I'm quite irritated from this employee's demeanor at this point, but we are still trying to tackle the wiring problem. She has made it known that she is an "expert" in the 12volt DC automotive wiring industry, and thou shall not question her authority. If I hadn't needed to get this done I would have walked, but I gritted my teeth and complied with her ridiculous efforts. Such as; the vehicle must be running to test the circuit, headlight are the only function that operate the running lights, no difference between brake lights and running lights, hazards have nothing to do with turn signals, commented that there was no voltage at the vehicle's plug, but lights were working? To endure this employees incompetence and total ignorance was extremely frustrating. At this time she instructed me to check fuses, get her the book on the truck and she would be back after helping another customer. I asked if I could speak to management, she explained that management was another female and didn't understand intricacies involved with such a technically difficult system and that she didn't like to be bothered... Really? She also mentioned that if she were to come out and the lights were not working that she would revoke my contract right there...? So I fiddled around and checked fuses, and prayed that somehow we would just make a good ground while alone without this expert technician. Low and behold I did and we have all the lights working... She now with utmost authority bestowed my release... In closing I just want to say, this was one of the most frustrating moments I've had. This employee has a level of ignorance that I haven't seen before, but also maintains utmost self-confidence and total arrogance that she knows what she is doing. She truly believes in her mind she is an "expert"... This IS a recipe for disaster, and I honestly believe allowed to continue she will get s
