I was extremely disappointed by at least one of the staff members at this location! I was given 4 days for travel as per the contract and on the 4th day I was charged an additional $40.00 plus an additional $19.00!! When I asked why I was being charged $59 I was told by the staff it was for taxes. When I asked to speak to the manager about this I was told he had just left and to "call him later". Prior to this however, I was called at least 4 times by different staff members asking the same question of "when I was going to bring the truck back". I had explained to atleast one employee over the phone that due to recently having surgery and not being able to unload everything myself I wouldn't be able to return the truck until 3pm. I was told this would be fine. During the drive back to this location I was called and told to "hurry up and bring the equipment back because they already rented the truck to someone else and he was waiting on it!" This of course was during a rain storm that was so bad a broadcast alert came out warning of flash flooding throughout the county which this particular employee was aware of! When I finally got to the u haul drop off point and went inside to ask the employee if he was the one who called and told me to hurry up, he laughed and said "yes, it was because "this guy" (the customer whom they had rented the truck to) was being a real pain in the ***!" This being said, I will not ever return to this u haul location again and I will be reporting this to higher management. I have never been treated so poorly by a business chain before excluding that of fast food establishments. I would like to believe that because of my recent experience with u haul in Oklahoma City that this corporation would hire more professional employees that have better skills in customer service than any place who has a much higher turnover rate and is normally populated by high school student employees. I will still give this company as a whole the benefit of the doubt, but this particular location was the worst I could have ever imagined. If there is no response to this query my conclusions will be assured.

We got great service at this location but the location on Rojas off Loop 375 wasn't good at all. The lady manager told us we could rent one but we had to return it back in about 5 hours. As I was about to sign the forms I asked her again because I thought I had heard wrong. She said someone already reserved it. No discount just bring it back by 7:00 PM. Excuse me I said, we need it for 24 hours "We are Moving". Just to mention that the trucks should be rented only with a deposit. I had to look around for one that weekend and mostly all of them had a few reserved for the next day mind you. That's insane. No deposits on these reservations. We found one at 8450 Montana which was a little bit of a distance but they gave us great service.

Let the customer know you have hidden charges so he or she won't be surprised that instead of paying for a truck that is advertised for 29 bucks but you end up paying 100 dollars. Ridiculous!!!!

This was the second time I have frequented the Uhaul on Montana. First time I had no issues, however this time was not as smooth. I rented the truck for a day, I do admit I kept it longer then expected. I was moving apartments across town literally over night. I started my move at around 2pm and worked through the day until 4am this morning. Obviously I was tired and drained from the move so I went straight to sleep, forgetting that I had a couch that I needed to throw away still in the uhaul. I received a reminder call around 9am for the truck so I quickly shower, get dressed and drive to the Montana location to turn in the truck. When I get there I opened the back just to see if there was anything left, that's when I saw the old couch sitting there. I was going to take it back to my apartment and simply throw it away no problem. But an employee from there told me it is not an isssue I can place it next to the dumpster, I thought to myself "nice, problem solved" but when I went to cash out my whole experience renting at uhaul was flipped. Before I could even say anything a big bald guy named Ricardo tells me I can't leave my trash there or I will be charged for a so called "disposal fee". I informed him the employee outside said it wouldn't be a problem. So Ricardo says he's a new employee he is misinformed. That is not my problem if you have a new employee on the floor already they should be properly trained and informed about everything they should know about the business. Unless the training was half ass, which I wouldn't doubt due to the foul smell inside both the truck and building. I would have drove right back to my apartment and thrown the couch away if the employee hadn't told me to get it off no issue. But what really got me angry was the big dude cashing me out. I was going to be charged for the truck rental, a disposal fee and a fee for supposedly using the dolly which I had not used. This guy had me put the damn couch back on the truck I had to take it back to my apartment to throw it away so i wouldnt be charged for the disposal fee. I told him I will come back for my trash with my truck because the only vehicle I had besides the uhaul was a town car. He told me what guarantee do I have of you coming back to pick it up? Insinuating I was a liar and just leave it there? When I got back without the couch Ricardo was still trying to charge the dolly fee on me when I had told him I did not use it. At the end of my experience I was completely unhappy worst customer service experience of my life. I can't belive that Ricardo is the GM of that location. If it was up to me I'd get rid of him and most of the shitty staff

Rather than try to explain to me uhauls policy regarding one way rentals requiring a minimum two day rental they tried several excuses regarding why I was charged an extra day that I wasn't buying. Never again.

Not much to do with the actual location but everything to do with customer service. I received my confirmation email the night before my pickup date with the location that I went to.just to get there and be told that they don't have anything for me to call customer care. When I call the rep. tells me that they changed my pick up location but forgot to send me the email she tells me the address which is a good 30min. drive in the complete opposite direction of where I had just spend 20+ min getting to. I will defiantly not be using u-haul services ever again and definitely not recommending the company either. Very unprofessional staff and unpleasant experience.

Great location and very hard workers. When I arrived to drop off my trailer it was a sand storm coming, they worked quickly so we could both head for cover. The workers maintained great customer service even though the weather was not on our side.

It was not convenient to have two locations from which to pick up the truck and car trailer when I reserved them ahead time and assumed I could get them from the same location. My pick time and location was changed multiple times and was not even close to what I had originally booked as the pick up location.

The truck worked well except the brakes would grab on occasion. I told Javier about it when I checked in. The other comment is the manager was sitting down at his work station and told me to go to my truck and they would check me out. I had already checked in with Javier so when I walked to the truck, Javier said it was not necessary for me to come back in. So the manager did not know what he was talking about.

I reserved the UHaul truck at one location in El Paso, but I was forced to drive 45 minutes to a different location to pick up the truck. A little inconvenient, but at least it was still available on time.
