Some of U-Haul's equipment is really getting worn out. 3 of the 4 tires on Trailer # RV4397D had worn-out tread with cracks running throughout the tread. U-Haul needs to replace worn-out tires before they cause a blow-out. This trailer worked fine, but it's appearance is poor. The outside shell is faded & full of dents.
The staff @ Stor-All in Elko & Ace Hardware in Yerington are very good.

I made this reservation online and there wasn't anything clear about the size ball needed for the hitch. We brought the one we had and discovered, while trying to hook up the trailer, that we needed to purchase one from the facility along with having to purchase a 7 pin to 4 pin adapter. This added another $35.00 to the cost of renting the trailer. I really feel like this is a racket because the information is not clearly stated when making a reservation. I will avoid using U-Haul in the future unless I have no other option available to me.

I had problems with my wiring for my hitch and they didn't have anyone there that could fix the wires, so I had to leave and have the wires repaired which delayed loading the trailer.

This location has all the boxes, tape, paper, bubble wrap and various other packing items that anybody could use. Short on the blankets, but we coped.

I spent a lot of time here, reserving, buying boxes and tape, and selecting nylon rope and bubble wrap. The people were almost always very friendly and helpful.

The 26' truck was worn-out with over 100,000 miles. The driver's side window had a large gap & would not properly close. I could not carry-on a normal conversation inside the cab. The suspension was worn-out. Every bump was jarring. The alignment was poor, causing the truck to drift all over the place.
The interior of the storage area was clean. This truck is worn-out & needs to be replaced. The light console would not stay in place.

you computers were down which delayed my pickup by a thirty minute wait to confirm my credit card. U haulssystem of requiring confirmations, and the resulting delay, may influence my decision to use Uhaul in the future. Fortunately I had $200 in cash or I would have had to wait loinger. The pick up and drop off sites and personnel were perfect. the credit card system, out of their control, needs improvements.

The customer service and knowledge at the rental office was fast and very friendly. However, I made the reservation via the UHaul website. I brought my reservation confirmation in and they had nothing reserved for me. Even the equipment was different from the website. No problems, because the local UHaul staff took care of our needs.

They rented the truck I was supposed to pick up Saturday morning for a 24 hour rental at 4:30 pm Friday night. I had to call customer service and it took almost 2 hours to find another truck that I could use.
