We were charged 15,00 for cleaning truck. The truck was cleaned before bringing back and dolly was not used. The truck was jumping and smoking for several miles be for it started to run smoother. Other than that the experience was ok. I don't think they should have charged for cleaning we already did. This is the third time I have used your company. I also put 20.00 in the gas tank, more than when I picked it up.

We were told that 6 moving blankets and a dolly were included with truck rental. Were not told there would be additional charge and no, I did not read any stickers in the truck before using...... I was moving.

No improvement necessary - as a walk in with no reservation, service was swift and quick and no issues what-so-ever. Even the return was as quick and painless as possible with so many trying to return at the same time.

I pulled up to the clearly designated equipment return lane, a representative instructed me to pull to the rear of the building and someone would be back there to assist me. I pulled to the rear of the building where similar trailers were being stored and waited for approx. 15 minutes no one came. So I unhooked the trailer myself then returned to the office, where I saw the previous individual who had instructed me to go to the back of the building playing on his cell phone. If he has time to be on his cell phone he had time to assist me himself with my return.

I was called a liar when i questioned the refuling charge when i brought in a receipt for gas. Also the level documented was not the level i left the truck. Overcharged by $82. Very disappointing

Uhaul completely screwed up my day because they sent me to a location that didn't have the correct trailerfor my Suburban. Whoever scheduled me had no idea that 6.0 trailers and 7.0 trailers were different, and when I showed up, the unprofessional punk looking boy running the place told me my suburban couldn't pull a trailer. I finally (after three phonecalls) found someone who explain to me why and find me a trailer that I could haul. The guys here knew what they were talking about and were totally helpful. Thanks!

Truck drove very rough and made me nervous driving it. Something was wrong with the speaker and made popping noises when listening to radio. Overall I am satisfied and would choose U-hauls equipment and services for my next move.

Never again will I use U-Haul in any capacity or recommend it to anyone I know. We used the service to move from our condo into a storage unit until we close on our house, and then we were going to use it for the second move, which will not be happening. When we went to pick up the truck, my husband was asked to make a selection on the insurance, in which he told the cashier, "I don't want the insurance". The cashier told him, "If you don't want the insurance, click 'okay'". We clicked what we were directed to click, which was apparently opting IN to the insurance. How deceptive is that???? At any rate, after the whole experience, the receipt was emailed to us. Upon review, we realized we were charged for the insurance. When I called to talk to a manager, Roy at the Dixie Hwy location wanted NOTHING to do with me. He argued with me, saying he wasn't there so he couldn't tell me what happened, but then said "I know what Tim said, because he always says the same thing". Well, actually Roy, you don't know what Tim said because, as you said, you were not there. Roy says he will have Tim call me when he returns to work, but that will not be until Tuesday (3 days away). So, at this point, it will be my word against that of a manager and we all know how that's going to go over. Unsatisfied with this response, I call the corporate customer service number and talk to Donna. Donna also informs me that there is nothing they can do for me. Is this a joke? Does customer service not exist at this company? If we made the mistake, I wouldn't be worried about it, but the fact that a manager purposefully lead us in the wrong direction simply to boost his metrics does not fly with me. Donna tells me that we can fill out an "objection file" and I will hear back from someone in two days. Well, here it is Wednesday, and I have yet to hear back from anyone. U-Haul does not care about you, they only care about making money. After that money is made, they will do not anything for you. I will share this experience with everyone I know. Again, I know that doesn't make a difference to anyone at U-Haul, but maybe my friends and family would like to make another selection. I won't hold my breath on hearing from anyone that is supposed to be contacting me.

Rafael is always so happy to see me and my team and is so pleasant to everyone. I rent frequently for my staging job ( about three times a month )and it is nice when Rafael recognizes and acknowledges me as a frequent U-Haul customer. Thank you Rafael!
