the two agents on duty were highly efficient and most respectful and fun ... all in one !! the rented truck was excellent, needs one improvement.. the driver's exterior rear view mirror kept tilting down ... needs to be tightened for safety ...

"How would I rate this location" ... against what? Other Uhauls? Other truck rental places? Other stores? I don't know what an "excellent" rating is supposed to mean. I don't go into Uhaul expecting a fantastic experience. I go in expecting to rent a truck with no hassle, and that's what I got. If you'd asked me if I was satisfied, I'd say yes. If you asked if I had any complaints, I'd say no.

The 2 boys working today (05/23/2015) were great....but whoever works the call center sucks. I had 2 reservation mess ups today at 2 different uhaul locations. I did not hear one person in store w/ a pleasant comment....whoever owns the 7th street location needs to spend more time there and see how much more staffing they need....its a fucking madhouse...wont ever use uhaul again

The counter personal was painfully slow, i swear he must had been on the job for the first time ~ he read the contract on his screen taking at least ten minutes before he asked me to sign the contract. i saw two customers shrug and leave to go to another uhaul dealer. Then there was no one there when i returned the trailer ~ i have a refund coming and wondering if i have to go back to suffer again the slowness . Very unprofessional.

The only problem I had was that the truck I reserved did not have a ramp. That was the main reason I got a truck; I needed to move my non-running motorcycle to the repair shop. I had to spend more money for a bigger truck, just so I could get a ramp. I was annoyed that the truck that was right for the job didn't have what I needed to do the job.

When I talked to Eugene store On phone they were greatBut my reservation fell thru & I had to travel extra miles to another location to pick up tow dolly. I was charged extra miles on truck for trip. I would say it was more of a corporate scheduling problem than the personnel that was trying to help me. When asked about the guarantee I got no help. Also when I made my reservation at Hillsboro location I felt I was really inconveniencing the woman that answered the phone.

I extended the time I kept the van, but was not told that I would be charged $10 daily for the insurance. I thought it was just $10 for the whole time. (I had agreed to pay $10 for a day, then extended the time, so I ended up paying $30).

The associate was helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that you want us to refill the tank to exactly 15/16 of a tank in a state where we don't pump our own gas and the gas gauge doesn't register until the engine is turned back on. I followed the chart and ended up back on "F", so you got free gas out of me, which seems like the plan. I can't think of a single reason to start out on 15/16 instead of a full tank. It makes absolutely no sense.

The gas level was recorded inaccurately and so I was unfairly charged for fuel. I drive less than 20 miles and I put in 2 gallons yet was still charged for a gallon and a half at the ridiculous rate you charge, considering if you actually replaced the fuel you charged me for the tank would have been full when I got the truck.

I returned the equipment about 15 min before closing time. The personnel on duty offered to email me a receipt as he was quite busy at the time. I have yet to receive the receipt, which would indicate final charges.

Make sure the equipment is not broken. It was missing a D ring inside the trailer and it caused a lot of issues securing our items.
