they had the gauge marked as 3/4 full when I left it was under 3/4 full. I drove the vehicle a total of 14 miles and when I brought it back was told it would cost me $35 plus dollars for gas because I had not put enough gas in. I was told that I should have said something when I took the vehicle. It was a ripoff plain and simple.

The rental location and personnel were excellent. Best I have ever experienced. Knowledgeable and personable!!!
The reservation was made through a central reservation/customer service agent. I was not advised that I needed to come with a hitch insert with a 2 inch ball already on the truck. I had to return home (a 18 mile round trip) to get the required equipment. This caused me to loose 45 minutes in what was already a tight schedule.
Recommend your scheduling personnel advise renters that a 2 inch ball is required. They either need to come with the proper hitch or buy one at the time of rental.

I ordered a 10 foot van, had it delivered for a saturday 900 pickup and my wife confirmed it had a ramp...When we went to pick it up, no ramp...They were courteous and very helpful and upgraded us to a larger truck with a ramp at the same price...But it did drive like a u hual and was a pain to get in tight spaces. We survived, but maybe educating your staff might have this move easier.
