The location was inviting, clean and well maintained. And the staff was excellent. My Wife even commented that we should have just rented the truck here instead of the one way move we scheduled.

Remember my info so I can get out faster. Give frequent flyer miles or plaid stamps or some kind of reward for regular customers.

The motorcycle trailer I rented was rusted and rotted, at 45 mph is had a severe wobble, steel pieces were terribly welded to trailer to make repairs. I felt this trailer was poorly repaired and I felt it was very unsafe, I parked the trailer all week and only used it once.

The truck cab was very clean. Staff was competent and attentive. Easy transaction.

Reserved a tow dolly. Lights were broken on dolly. Had to sit there for an hour to convince the ONLY employee that the lights on the trailer were broken not my electric on my truck. Finally he took off right light and found a broken wire. Uhaul should make sure reserved equipment is useable beforehand. Yesterday uhaul cost me $300 in a buying of a car, thanks for making me spend 48$ on a trailer that towed nothing.

The facility needs to be better staffed for weekend volume. Long lines waiting to check in and to return vehicles. Also, computer system was down and caused issues with my reservation. People were nice, but there were not enough of them.

trailer was not originally there, they had to use the "shop" trailer. The trailer had a metal in one of the tires and when it was pulled out did NOT leak, but still it was visible right on the top of the tire. They hooked up the chains incorrectly, didn't supply me with the electrical cable and had to call me after I left to come back and hook it up. Also to put the safety sticker on the trailer saying it was "safe" even through there was no actual inspection. I took the trailer home and the next morning a different tire than the one I pulled the metal out of was down to only 20lbs of air. I filled it hoping that maybe the just didn't check it. We I was wrong it also had a leak and i had to continue to stop every few hours and put air in it during my entire trip to SC. The trailer looked brand new but obviously none checked it before it was delivered to me.

The vehicle leaked and ruined my couch cushions and my favorite recliner. Also, the 15' truck is actually only 12' of space. I can not figure out why it is called a 15' truck. I laid out my packing carefully, and would have rented the 17' if I knew the 15' is really only 12' as I suspect the 17' isn't really 17'. Why not use REAL dimensions instead of the ones the Lumber industry uses? 2x4 is not 2"x4"!!

I had to drop the 6x12 trailer off shortly after they closed and had a very hard time removing the trailor by my self as there was no proper way to jack the hitch above the ball. and I alone could not lift it with my bear hands. over all everybody there was great. this was more or a mechanical issue. thank you

I had to drive from NY to MD in the heat with no air conditioning. I paid almost 200 dollars for this rental and I feel it wouldn't be too much to ask for some air conditioning. The service at the Farmingdale location was terrible. I stood around for 15 minutes without any of the 2 employees at least letting me know "hey i will be right with you" or "I'm sorry for the wait". Then one of them is smoking an e-cigarette. Both looking like they don't feel being there and unprofessional.
