I ended up using a small grocery cart I rented. It wasnt a big deal but an actual moving cart would have been wonderful to have had on hand. Thankfully my place had one snuck over from Lowes so I saved some money after all

Vehicles should be clean and ready for use.my vehicle was filthy inside and out.it was also used by a smoker last and stank.i don't smoke.

First off I tried to pick it up at the location specified and was told to pick it up down the road which cost me more moving money. Then when I went to pick it up the gentleman laughed at me. Then when I went to drop it off nobody was there to help me. I had to walk around for 15 minutes. Finally somebody helped me and I got grease all over my hands.

Don't charge so much money, hire employees that can understand English and allow people a slight window or buffer to be late because the world is not run like a clock. One traffic light stop shouldn't cost a customer $60.

The sales person helping me was not very helpful and at times rude, and when I returned the truck. She tried to tell me that I was missing fuel when in fact, I had put in a little extra. It was not my best experience
