The uhaul location I had on my reservation closed (went out of business). I had to find an alternate place to drop off my uhaul. Needless to say we were pushing the wire when it came to dropping off the uhaul. He stayed late and got me checked out in a very cheerful manner. If only all uhaul locations focused so much on customer service.

the location listed closest to me on speedway drive no longer exists for a couple of years. lot was crowded with vehicles and trailers in so much could barely get off the street, working out of a run down house

I was lied to ! ! ! I was supposed to pick up the truck originally in Bluffton Ohio but no trucks were available thus I was routed to the Lima Ohio Store which was way out of my way. I would have been better to rent from the Findlay Ohio store (less miles). The store person I picked up the truck from in Lima had explained no trucks were available in Bluffton and I had to pick it up in Lima (when trucks were available and closer in Findlay Ohio). Your representative had stated that the computer had granted only 30 miles but I should have been granted 56 miles if a truck had been available in Bluffton so I was being allotted 26 extra miles. The contract receipt when he printed it only showed an allowance of 30 miles but he assured me that he would change the computer and he wrote in my allowance on my receipt. I had and additional charge today on my credit card for this additional amount over 30 miles but under the 56 miles he had stated I was allowed. It is not the amount that bothers me but I would like a refund and an apology ! ! ! Jerry A. Ault

No lighting in the parking lot to support 24 hr drop off. The gravel parking lot is full of pot holes and uneven surfaces. No locks were available to lock dollies to the trailers as the sign states for after hours drop off.

The guy come out of his office and net me outside before I even got out of my van. Now that's great customer service. He took the trailer off my van and got me back on the road within a few minutes. I really appreciated that so much.

The office was tiny and hard to find and the employee couldnt hardly use the computer. The truck was dirty when I picked it up. Less than a half tank of gas when I picked it up. I had to drive 40 minutes out of my way to pick up this truck because the location I selected didnt have the truck I ordered. Why would you let me select my location online if they dont have ANY trucks at all.

Personnel were friendly and helpful. However, trailer had blow out at 8 pm and took 3 hours for repair service to arrive. Noted by repairman looked like tire rot. Very disappointing experience.

The physical location was no great shakes, but the pick-up and drop-off were a piece of cake. The gentleman helping me on Friday morning was very courteous and accommodating. The truck was in pretty good shape. I would certainly recommend to others.

Give me the truck that I rented-- not one twice the size--that is in poor shape and gets 4 miles to the gallon--when the one I reserved is in the lot!!!!

I moved 38 miles-30 of them highway, gas was $3.81/gal, had to put $20 to bring truck to 1/2 tank-do your trucks REALLY only get about 7 MPG highway?!!!! Plus I STILL had to pay .79 per mile on top of 19.99 base fee!! I paid close to $100! NOT WORTH IT!!!

The individual working when we picked up the Uhaul did not give us the insurance paper that we paid for. (We did get a refund for it from the man we dropped it off too). The man we dropped off the Uhaul to was using unprofessional language in the workplace and after we had been waiting for thirty minutes to turn in the keys and leave he took another customers drop off (who had just walked in the door) before ours. The enviornment was incredibly unproffessional and we felt offended by the language being expressed the entire time we were there.
