The personnel was not returned promply from break as noted on the sign on the door. When the personnel was finally located she had a very nasty attitude and pulled the will return sign off the door then threw it on the ground. Next the personnel snached the keys from my husband to check the truck in. Last the personnel offered to give me address of another location where I could return the truck which made no sense because she had plenty of room for the truck at her location. This person was very unprofessional and to top it all off she disappeared and had some random individual who did not appear to be an employee complete the transactions and I have the whole act recorded on my iphone. I am very upset with the service that was provided to me.
