Have the truck better taken care of as far as the engine goes because it was rough. The latch to the back kept getting stuck so it took two people to get it unstuck and be able to shut it.

I had a pair of sunglasses left in the cab of the truck. I called the store several times and was transferred to the call center. I let them know and they put in a call to the store and they were supposed to let me know about the glasses. They never called back. I finally reached the store and they said my sunglasses were not in the lost and found and the truck had been sent out. These were not a cheap pair of sunglasses. I realize I left them in the truck, but the store did very little to help assist me in locating the glasses.

The afterhours drop-off app could use improvement. I thought it was having trouble seeing the odometer reading in the pictures, but then it was having trouble with the pictures that had no such content. I have excellent cell service and I have never had so much trouble with any app or website.

Consistency in pricing. When you reserve the truck you are quoted one price then you are charged two to three times more. I was very unhappy with Uhaul. I will go back to using Penske they charge what they quote. My truck was old and had damage to it and handled roughly. The steering was shaking the entire time. Boo to Uhaul.

It would be friendlier to prorate a partial day when the rate is so expensive. $19.99 is so very misleading. Why am I charged a higher rate to drive out of town when I'm already paying an exorbitant per mile rate?

When you say you will put a hold of $89 on your card for an estimated rental of $260.00 & you find out an hour after you rent it that card has a $364.00 hold... Upfront Acknowknowledgement you were charging us for a full day more than what we asked for would had been appreciated. We were promptly refunded the $$ not actually charged.

When reserving truck online. Need to have confirmation list all the information you requested instead of just a confirmation number. So that you and the company know what was reserved.

I had reserved a truck and various dollies to move very heavy furniture... Upon pick-up, I was informed that the furniture dollies were out of stock. I was extremely upset as Saturday was spent solely for moving heavy items. I was basically told I was out of luck, and no one else had them. I was so upset, as you had two weeks to obtain them. Only on the day of the move was I notified. also store was short staffed and took 30 minutes to check in the truck once done.

I had nothing short of a nightmare experience when I went to pick up the trailer that I had reserved 3 weeks earlier. It started when I got an e-mail reminding me of my rental pick-up and drop-off times. Which I immediately recognized were incorrect. I called the store promptly and asked that they correct my rental times. I was told on the phone that it had been corrected and everything was in order. I arrived at the store around 5:45 pm. The clerk brought my name up on the computer and read off my reservation. Again the reservation was wrong. The clerk work to see IF (seriously) a trailer would be available for the days I wanted. After about an hour of entering my drivers license information and having me swipe my credit card and sign for it. The clerk gave up on the computer entering the reservation correctly. He then printed a receipt for me to the tune of $9.63 for my three day rental. He told me the rental would be $79.00 but he couldn't do anything further and his boss would call me the following day. We went to the lot to get the trailer. I backed up to the trailer and got out to hook up to it. Another working came running across the lot telling the clerk that was working with me that the trailer we were hooking up to was not available for the service I needed. I can say at this point I wanted to blow a gasket but didn't. I calmly walked back into the store with the clerk for another 20 minutes license information and credit card swiping session. I was giving a different trailer and totally new paper work. We went back to the lot and hooked up the second trailer. Again I had paper work that said I had paid $9.63 in full for the trailer. When I went to return the trailer. I was asked if I had rented two trailers. No surprise to me!!!! I was then billed $102.00 not the amount I was quoted in the Ft. Wayne store at all, but I was returning at a different location. I have no idea what my credit card statement is going to look like, but I have a feeling that when I get it next month I will be on the phone disputing multiple charges. This was nothing but horrible service. 2 hours to check out a previously reserved trailer, billed $9.63 quoted $79.00 and paid $102.00. This is not an experience I will repeat.
