They were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and almost new and worked without a problem. Remember problems years ago with worn equipment that broke down and less than professional people, but this was a class act! Very satisfied and would go back again! Thanks, DEC

The apperance of this garage is deplorable ! It is dark, dingy
and reminds me of the movie "Deliverance". When I walked in the shop to rent the truck on a Saturday morning there were 3 men lounging lazily around as though they were hanging out at some redneck backyard cookout. I could not tell which of them were employees of the establishment or buddies sitting around shooting the bull. One of them had
his arms folded across each other on the desk at which he was sitting with his forehead resting on his arms. THIS WAS THE PERSON WHOM WAS SITUATED TO GREET THE CUSTOMERS WHOM WALKED IN THE DOOR !!!!!!
Another man was laid across a sofa which sits behind the
door, looking like he might have had a rough night of drinking on Friday night. The third man stood directly inside the door as I entered, facing me with a blank stare on
his face as if I had just interrupted he and his friend's b/s session. I got the very unpleasant feeling as though I was not welcome, and that I might do well to reconsider bothering them at that time. When I declined to accept the optional insurance which was offered I got a look as though I must have lost my mind. "Are you kidding me", the employee's expression seemed to suggest. Besides the very unwelcoming appearence of the store and the employees I was disappointed to discover that there we no packing boxes or other materials on sale in the establishment. One employee suggested I should try Wal-Mart if I needed such supplies.
In a conversation I had the following Monday with the owner of the store after the truck had been returned , I was told that "I DON'T GIVE A SHIT" , when I expressed my dissatisfaction to him.
I sincerely suggest that you get someone over to this location to see for yourself what the customer is greeted with when he goes into rent a U-HAUL !
