I felt the service was excellent as provided. Friendly, quick, prompt, informative and helpful. Also flexible, I reserved for a Friday and was able to pick up on that Thursday instead with no problem. Props to the gal behind the counter. Thanx.

I am completely DISAPPOINTED with the online reservation however. I selected a location and a product and received an online confirmation on where to go. I went there to pick up my trailer and they had no trailers there. The rep called the dispatch and was told my trailer reservation was at a different location. This is not the service i expect and will not be using the online system any longer.

make sure the trucks are clean and ready to use and maintained before a customer comes to pick them up. The cables to the truck door so be checked right before a truck is to go out for use!

I made the reservation online. Instead of having to call around, asking if they had a truck available, I just went online and made the reservation. What was really terrific is that while driving to location, I received a call that the place I had reserved the truck was in fact out of trucks, so they redirected me to this location on Fairview, which was 3 miles away from my first choice, but still it saved me time by them calling to inform me. Great experience.

I would suggest a system that allows someone to check the people in, and another person to get the trucks ready. Didn't seem like it was efficient. Tool way longer to get my already reserved and checked in truck.

Was the third place we went to get the truck that we ordered. Every place we went to did not have our truck or were closed. Very shitty feeling. First place was rude and yelled at us because there was no email telling us it was not there.

When reserving this equipment on-line, I specified a 5'x8' Cargo Trailer and added the appliance dolly. Since none of the locations had this size available, I selected a 4'x8' unit to be picked up at the Harbor Blvd location at 9:00 a.m. I subsequently received an e-mail that I was to pickup my 5'x8' unit at the Fairfield Blvd. location at noon. I called and they agreed to allow me to pick it up at 9:00 a.m. When I arrived, they seemed to be unaware of their inventory, and asked what size I wanted, so I told them I preferred the 5'x'8' as stated on the e-mail, but would settle for a 4'x8', and had to restate that it was to be a covered unit. They also asked about the appliance dolly and seemed to be somewhat disorganized, as they were unsure as to its availability. The dolly was NOT provided. I drove off with the trailer and experienced significant vibrations and jarring while traveling to Santa Clarita at 45 mph. When I arrived, I stopped at a local U-haul and asked about the vibrations and jarring and they were able to help by tightening the grip and made further recommendations regarding how to "snug up" the tow hitch on my vehicle. I also purchased an appliance dolly. When I began loading the unit, my friend pointed out that the trailer was very old and literally falling apart, but he was able to reattach the aluminum support pieces that had fallen. When I arrived back in Santa Ana, I discovered that two pieces of furniture had been destroyed due to the vibrations. Since the appliance dolly rented in Santa Clarita had to be returned to that location, I was essentially without out one when unloading the trailer in Santa Ana, which made the task of moving the refrigerator exceedingly difficult. Upon returning the unit to the Garden Grove location after hours, it took several minutes to find the drop box as it was hidden on the other side of the building. Fortunately, they did not charge for the appliance dolly.

I had made the reservation for a uhaul trailer online and when I arrived at this location to pick it up, they had all the paper work ready to sign and hooked the trailer up to my vehicle and I was on the road within 15 minutes. Great service!
