I did not catch her name, but the girl who accepted your equipement back at Pacific Gasoline in Gardnerville NV was very fast, efficient, and friendly--all smiles and had me all pulled up and called me by name as I entered the door. It was about a 20 second drop off. Excellent

The people were extremely rude, the equipment was in very poor condition. I rented a tow dolly for my car and the chains were completely rusted and one even broken. The straps to hold my car were completely shredded. I would not recommend this place at all to anyone. I had to wait for 10 minutes while the guy played on his computer looking at Ipad covers instead of helping me, a customer. He was extremely rude.

We could not have asked for better services to complete our move. Pacific Gas took exceptional care of us, provided us with an outstanding truck and made every effort to reduce the stress associated with moving. Not that we look forward to moving again any time soon, but we will definately utilize them again when needed. Thank you so much!!
