The person who was assisting could not provide clear direction and I was on the phone for an hour and a half calling different numbers as to why my employee could not pick up the trailer. the gentleman was rude and unprofessional.

When i picked truck up the service from lady and gentleman was outstanding, when i took it back he was cold, rude and un friendly...this was on sunday. so due to his attitude i will no longer use uhal.
