When I arrived, there was one attendant working the counter. She was helping a person and 4 people were waiting to be helped. I waited 20 minutes to be helped. The lights on the trailer I leased did not work so they gave me a 2nd trailer. The lights on the second trailer did not work either. They determined it was a grounding issue on the trailer. They rigged up a wire from the trailer to the vehicle to make it work. The trailer was dirty as it had leaves and small branches in it, enough to fill up a medium sized trashcan. I had to clean it out. I've rented uhaul equipment probably 15 times in my life and will look elsewhere from this point forward. Thank you.

I was unsure of the location of the storage unit in the new city I was going to. The girl gave no indication that it mattered where I dropped off the trailer, but when I dropped it off they charged me a 20.00 wrong destination fee. I wish she had bothered to mention that.

However --- to return we went into the office first before being directed out back. But while in the office our boss bought a few supplies before we went back where it was very busy, so by the time we got through the 4 customers in front of us returning equipment it ran us barely over our return time and apparently we were charged for another day's use - which is not fair being that we were originally there on time. We were charged $69.06 on 8-14 and another $30.80 on 8-16 both on our American Express. Please refund the $30.80???

The truck was clean and ran OK. The bad issues were a check engine light the whole time and of course the added bonus of the used crack pipe located on the floor behind the drivers seat. The uhaul attendant was nice enough to remove it for me and tell me it's better than the used needles they usually find in the trucks.

The vehicle check-in staff must walk customers through any additional charges they incurs and not to add it on the receipt without giving the customer an option to correct. Like charging customer for less gas without discoursing it with the customer. charging for dirty inside without giving the customer the option to clean whatever the employee sees not clean

This location pickup was too far from where my daughter lives. This was the "closest" location which had the vehicle I selected, but I believe there probably was a location closer to me that had the same equipment.

Ask TXDOT to connect I-635 access road across Garland Rd to make it easier to actually find the store. Barring that, let customers know where the store is since both maps and GPS have it in the wrong place. Everything else was great. Thank you.

This was not my original location, Gus Thomasson/I30 in mesguite tx was my reservation location. I arrived on Sunday at 1300 hrs to learn there no truck for me. I was forced to the garland location out of desperation. Galland had what I needed but added 60 miles to my total move. I feel that I am entitled to the $50 guarantee refund since I had to go to another store. My original order had 50 pads for $50, I decided that I only needed 30, garland charged me $50. I cancelled the pads. I don't see me using/recommending uhaul in the future.

The first trailor had bad lights. During probing my light socket, the technician shorted something that made the "defective" battery light on my dash come on and the alternator quit charging.I had to get to my appointmen on time so I drove 50 miles without the A/C, fan or radio on to conserve what battery power I had left. Upon arriving back home the battery light suddenly went OUT and the alternator started charging again. I do not blame the technician, however the test probe was faulty.

Front desk female employee did not speak clearly and I had to have her repeat what she was saying several times. She seemed put off that she was at work. Very poor customer service inside for the check in process. Checking in my truck was fine. The male employee was nice and polite.

I am very upset because I have been calling to speak to someone about being overcharged for an additional day. The truck I rented was due to be returned on Tuesday August 5th and we returned the truck Monday night August 4th and placed the keys in the night drop. I was charged for an estimated of gas of $50 for 50 miles and I only used 29.50 therefore I should have been given a refund. Instead I recieved a promissonary note stating that I owe more money and I have yet to speak to someone about my complaint. My number is 214- 254-6849. Also the truck I was given was not in an operable state, the right signal light didnt work and the truck's was nto easy to naviagate.
