My initial reservationist (Flossy (?) in Arizona) was fantastic. She was so helpful and friendly. It got confusing after that. I called to confirm a location. That poor guy had me on the wrong side of town. I finally had to tell him which location was best myself. That location didn't have a 10' truck, but they would give me a 14' for the same price. (Fine) On my way there, got a call to go to a different location (2 miles further away and difficult to find, even with a GPS) Our move went extremely well. Returned the truck the next morning and I somehow wasn't in "the system". The store manager (Raymond Johnson) was able to fix the issue. Overall, a good transaction.

Check and maintain equipment better. I was given a dolly with rusted cotter pins on the wheels. One broke off and I was not able to use the dolly at all. Luckily, my mover had one in Texas and we had to borrow one in Utah.

We tried to rent a truck from your location at the intersection of Park and Greenville Ave in Dallas, Tx but they did not have the truck we needed. The very nice associate Grover looked up the closest location that had what we needed and drew us an extremly accurate map with wonderful directions to the location that we are rating with this survey.

Greg was very knowledgable and personable! He was quite thorough and explained all aspets of the truck. Including to be careful because of the high winds yesterday. You have a great customer service related employee!

Customer service rep Kimberly, was very rude & had an authority issue. Besides having to wait almost 10 mins before even being acknowledged, she was very unprofessional. After beginning to help me, someone else walked up to the counter & she just began to talk to & look up that persons paperwork, while I was still standing in front of her, not asking me if I minded or anything else. When she came finished with the other customer & came back to my needs, she ran through it all called the seondary number and just when i thought she was done & moving on, She asked me for a 2 additional phone numbers of people to call. Never in all the time I have rented there, have they asked me for more than 2. She didn't take the time to explain changes, instead, she was quick to point out that what she was asking from me was policy & that was how it was! (Wrong tone, way to explain & very new to me). She showed me the new General Managers picture & said that, that is the way he wants things done & to take it up with him. She told me that the old manager was fired because he didnt do what he was supposed to. I immediately asked her for the corporate number & she told me that she did not know or have it. Stated that they DO NOT GIVE COUNTER PEOPLE THE CORPORATE NUMBER! Of course i rejected to it all since I was already irritated & ready to clarify with corporate, now she just seemed uninterested & unwilling to cooperate. Two different times she walked off from the counter to go complain & state her case to her MOD not even excusing herself. MOD never came out, instead another CS took the time to explain. She already had a really bad attitude by this time & I was really ticked. When I was giving her the 3rd pesons name & phone number to call, I had to repeat the number to her 3 different times (seemed as if that was on purpose since I am loud & hearing me clearly, IS NOT AN ISSUE!) She asked me for the name. I responded, (JULIO) Then she goes on to ask me if with an H or with a J? I asked her if she was being serious? Then I said, "With a J, (JULIO) is always spelled with a J, never with an H. She replied that she had a cousin named Julio & its spelled with an H! Hmmm... okay, NOOOT! ANYWHO.... We get to third name, I give it to her and ask if she needed me to spell it for her? (For this one, I was being serious, since the next name was GUADALUPE) She turns to her co-worker & says: "Just finish her off cause "I" WILL NOT BE DISRESPECTED". as she walked off for the 3rd & last time. Thankfully, her very courteous co-worker finished helping me. I did not get his name. ISSUE: I have rented about a good 10-12 times from the exact same location. Never before have I been bothered with giving out 4 phone numbers to call & verify that they know me. That is just the most rediculous thing to call 4 different people while they are at work to inform them that, I am renting a trailer (not their business) & ask if they kno

Find a way to better deal with your dumbass customers who don't know how to act in public. Every time I have done biz with you there has been someone screaming and cussing. Has always been something they caused. Has never been something U-Haul caused. But none the less they are still there screaming at your employee. Maybe you need to have an IQ min. for customers.

Nothing related to customer service. The staff was great! However, this location has recently changed the design and layout of their location and I believe it needs clearer signs as I think people do not realize how the flow of traffic should work. In fact, I believe the employees may be at risk for injury without this clarification.

The rental price is great. But the $.79 a mile is ridiculous especially since we also have to fill the tank. I thought initially they quoted it at $.10 a mile n that didn't seem bad but the contract stated the $.79 Employees deserve kudos

Have trucks thoroughly maintanced before renting out. Oil light kept flicking, made me nervous.Truck stopped due to battery but road service came quickly. End result it was good.Thanks U Haul.

First of all teach your employees how to handle customer service issues without having a attitude n tell a customer that there is nothing you can do I have to pay the incorrect amount for a incorrect mileage charge. I hope I'll never have to use this location again. I prefer to go n rental at Home Depot better n honest service. I feel as though this location is about getting over on people's. Wasn't happy or pleased with this U Haul location.

The transmission on this truck is going out...it struggled tremendously when starting out, shuddered as if it would stall when stopping.

The dolly was not on the truck when we picked it up, but upon the return of the vehicle, we were charged over $80 for it. Since it's impossible to prove it wasn't on there to begin with, I seem to have no option but to pay.
