They were not very accommodating, had to wait after standing in a long line and then to be told to park it out before the fence which was closed. Had to wait a long time for someone to come open it. Then I was charged an additional fee because the fuel level was a "hair" below a fourth of a tank. Explained that it was below an eighth of a tank when we picked it up, but they didn't care. Advice to future renters: take a pic of odometer and fuel level when you get the truck. Make sure one pic includes both odometer and fuel together. Take a pic again when you drop it off. I hate being charged for something that I already paid for!

Vehicle was not in high standard of maintenance. The transmission needed worked on which was hazard for the long trip I took and also caused in increase in the amount of fuel I had to pay for. The employee that I rented from told me I would not be required to return the truck to the l location on the contract, that I would just need to call and tell them I would be returning it at a closer location to my end point, which was not the case and caused me to have to drive an hour and a half out of my way to return the truck. Also, the return time on the contract was 727 am which with an hour and a half drive made it extremely inconvenient to get it there on time. Not enough miles allowed for the trip. Not enough days allowed for the trip. Ended up being charged extra for going over the allowed mileage and time.

Return check in sucked. Had to disconnect the trailer myself then go to the counter to do check in. Normally they disconnect the trailer and check in and I'm on my way.... Again, inside counter line is too long. Both renting and returning.

When there is construction going on (onsite) it would help if there were directions of where to go to drop off equipment so that no one gets hurt and the construction could continue without any interruption

I reserved a 5x10' trailer. I got a 5x8'. I didn't realize they had given me the wrong size until I started to load it. Caused me a lot of headache as I was moving a 8' couch and it wouldn't quite fit the 5x8. Horrible experience. I even mentioned it to the clerk who assisted me.

Apparently there was a propane leak at the location. It made it damn near impossible to get into location. Then once inside & already late & behind the schedule due delay, they only had one poor girl at the check out area. Of course this resulted in another 20 minutes or so of wasted time. Overall, very disappointed & let down. I understand accidents happen I am firefighter/paramedic, So I know there are things that are unforeseen & out of one's control. But as a company in these situations its better to be proactive & to not only reach out & inform but also sympathize & offer incentives to customers that are negatively effect. This messed my whole day up & schedule & I had to pay movers extra, had to drop off truck late so as you can see it has a ripple effect & made my experience that much more worst & costly.

All was great till we dropped off the vehicle. I was told that the truck was dirty when it wasn't. I was told that the cargo area was dirty and muddy which it wasn't. I had cleaned the cargo area before dropping it off with pictures of it. I stood there with him as he told him and couldn't believe he would tell me such a thing with confidence while I was there looking at it. Please send me an email address where I can email the pics of the cargo area. Thanks.

I returned the vehicle early in the morning and had to wait almost 10 minutes prior to blowing my horn to alert the attendant. He informed me that he was the only one working at that time. Ordinarily, this would not have been a problem, except that I was under time constraints this morning (9/17). Otherwise, great people, great service and great vehicles.

The entrance is not well labeled and we had to go around, get back on the highway, make a uturn at the next exit and try again because there's no other way to get in and the entrance is way in the back on the opposite side of the customer door location. The return station was unmanned and blocked by stray trailers (making it look closed) so we went to the customer service entrance and the lady told us to go back to the return station (which is REALLY far away from the customer service door (where you park your regular car). So after we returned the truck we had to walk all the way back to the customer parking area which is a terrible way to set things up. I've just moved, I am exhausted and I don't want to walk a quarter mile from the drop off of the truck to my car. You need to put better signs out that SAY that that is the entrance for RENTAL RETURNS not the damn showroom. And the customer service was appalling. The least she could have done was be willing to process my return and put the truck where it goes when I told her there was no one at the return station and it was blocked by stray trailers. That's because they were cleaning them in the driving lanes of the return station.....that's not a good place for that to be happening. This return was a giant inconvenience, took forever, and because of your stupid entrance not being well labeled, I had to pay for mileage overage because it put extra miles on the odometer trying to circle back around after missing the ONLY entrance to the massive complex?

Have more than one person working the counter. I ordered the trailer online and checked in online. I still had a 25 minute wait with 3 customers behind me. I'm not sure how checking in online saved me time. In the other hand, the outside process was smooth and simple. Those guys are on the ball.

If you check my records you will see that I rent trucks all weeks for the las 8 months, I thought I was a valuable customer no matter the color of my skin I have spent good money with your company but the man that attended my guys for second time he has had a very bad attitude. Last time, he took one of our dollies without saying a word, did not give us any reason, did not want to talk to the guys or me and he did not identified himself. The return process was quick and easy. Jonathan was courteous and helpful. There was a little wait due to several customers in the lobby, but it moved along as soon as another employee began to assist the lone cashier. Once at the counter, it was also quick and efficient. Thanks

Did not know we would be charged for a 2nd day. I returned the trailer on Saturday after hours just as I told the person at the counter. Trailer did not have running lights (lights on with head lights)
