The Gentleman that helped me was very helpful and friendly. He is a real asset to the U-Haul company with his positive attitude. Working on a Sunday on a holiday weekend, I hope he was compensated well for his shift. I will go back there because of the positive experience that I have had there. Ed.

The car trailer I rented was fairly new & in very nice condition. There were 3 other car trailers there that are really really old & should be replaced with new ones. I rent U-Haul car trailers often & do get the old ones most of the time. I travel 250 miles to my destination not feeling overly safe with the old trailers. Again the trailer this trip was great. The Queensbury U-Haul guys are also great. Thanks again

Equipment I reserved was not available when I arrived. Of course the cost for an alternative was substantially higher. Not happy at all with this experience. Manager was kind of rude and had an attitude. Other staff I have dealt with in the past have been very friendly and accommodating.

I reserved a truck ahead of time for a move because it was going to be over a busy weekend. The day of my move this location left me a voicemail that they would need to charge me the out of town rate for my local move instead of my reservation price. This was significantly more expensive and I decided to cancel. When I asked for the $50 reservation guarantee the receptionist was rude. However, within minutes of calling corporate a manager called me and apologetically gave me the $50 reservation guarantee. I was unable to get another truck from anywhere on short notice, but would do the same out of principle.

The manager, Mr. Glendon Binette, of the 112 Main Street Queensbury (Exit 18 on the Northway) U-Haul location was outstanding. Mr. Binette was super helpful and informational. I would absolutely recommend anyone who is moving themselves to rent from Mr. Binette.

I drove 5 hours through a rainstorm. The windshield wipers streaked and squeaked loudly the entire trip. The next day when I returned the truck, the rain was light and the wipers did not streak. The trip was unpleasant.

we needed the trailer for 24 hours and the girl who took our order booked it for 16 without telling us,so now we are going to have to rent again and pay again.it not right.i would like to talk to someone about this matter.518-260-7256 teri.i could not finsh moving because of this

The customer service was wonderful however the truck we wanted (10') was not available. So that was pretty annoying and I had to pay additional to rent the larger truck when the 10' truck would have been fine. I should have been given the 10'price

The staff at the Queensbury location off Exit 18 was exemplary. I had a question about my trailer hitch and the gentleman was quick to come out, crawl under my car , and diagnose the issue! Though the female employee was learning the hand held billing system upon return, she still gave great service with a smile! I will definitely use this location always!! Thank you!!

Customer service didn't have the truck in his system and had to manually check in. The drop off was scheduled 2 weeks prior and should have been noted then. Makes it feel like a "fly by night" instead of a nationally operated company.

There was a constant loss and incorrect information between the on-line reservation and real life. This process (on-line to actual) was a constant screwup. The folks at this location did their best to correct the situation. I will never use the on-line function again!!

You take our credit card information for payment over the phone when reserving the truck, but fail to let customer know during that time that you will need the card again during pick up of vehicle. It's confusing, you think you've already paid via reservation phone call but then get there and are asked for the card again, and denied the vehicle until card is presented. You mention in the reservation call that a valid drivers license is required to be presented during pick up, but In the future, you should be sure to let customer know that they will also need to bring the credit card with them.

This has been the most infuriating customer service experience of my life. First of all, the company as a whole needs to address their poor scheduling system and figure out how better to work within the corporate-franchise partnership. There seems to be no connection between the two as i keep getting different answers from national customer service and store associates. And then there is this store. I don't know what kind of a business they are running or if the manager likes running his business into the ground but my experience here has been nothing but UNPROFESSIONAL. After Uhaul changed my reservation the day before my move to a location 17 miles out of my way adding an extra 34 miles onto my round trip it seems the store thinks I am responsible for the extra charges despite customer service repeatedly telling me it is not a problem to take them off. I have been trying to contact this guy for a WEEK now to straighten this out and what went from a very simple issue has escalated into something completely bizarre. This manager has refused to return my phone calls for 4 days in a row and then passive aggressively emailed me my bill with not only the extra 34 miles billed to me but a $30 late fee and a notice that if not paid in a week it will go to collections!! Unbelievable. I am still scratching my head as to how it came to this. So, take a word of advice and go elsewhere, or use an entirely different company, because the service here is inflammatory and insulting.
