Offer Blankets, dollies, hand-trucks and such. We thought that there would be a hand-truck, dolly or blankets in the truck, but this was not the case.

I was not told ahead of time about the insurance that added over $30.00 to a two day rental. The $19.99/day ended up costing me over $120 for about 50 miles of driving. The truck worked great. Nice size.

My truck breakdown when I call for help they take care of me right away all I have to wait is 45mn that was amazing job I thank the young lady who take care of problem and also the roadside assistance gay good service what I can say is you rock.

The limited weekend hours that this location is open (only open until 3 on Saturdays, closed Sundays) is problematic and costly for weekend move, and manager is unwilling to compensate for their limited availability to check out and return equipment on Saturday / Sunday. I will never rent from this Uhaul location again, nor would I ever trust them with any mechanic work - anyone who is willing to rip off a customer for ~$20 does not deserve my business. Taking my future business downvalley.

the clerk was a bit irritated and i also became irritated and i understand why in afterthought but i appreciate his thorough manner i would definately come here to rent a truck because if they give someone such a hard time for returning a truck not pristinely cleaned i would want to be on the recieving end of that kind of service
