Thank you for being patient with us while we tried to figure out the online billing system...turns out the online order only paid for the two labor guys. So you were correct the entire time. They did not debit my account for any of the U-Haul charges - they only hit my account on the guys in Evens. Please accept my apology for not hearing your message at the time. And thank you for the fair cost for your services. You were both very patient and helpful during a stressful time for me. We will contact you directly from now on and will always recommend you to others whenever we can. Sincerely, Kira Olmstead

Noise from steering and suspension in front of truck when driving. Left rear tire of first trailer was at 2/32 tread depth. Swapped trailer at my request. Truck and trailer ran ok for 1300mile trip. Ac was cold. I missed having cruise control, but I understand why it is not present.

Staff was very friendly. I would recommend they get either voice mail or an answering machine. We tried to get hold of them Saturday around 3:30 and no answer as we returned the trailer a day early but here was no way to contact the company to say we dropped it off.

I would recommend that the fort Morgan store do more to help people when they are moving. An be more willing to help get things to you then you having to travel 80 miles to pick up a trailer . Over all I would like to say thank you to the Greeley store they where more helpful in getting us the trailer we needed. Thanks again.

Owner was a horribly rude woman. I will never ever come back!!

The male was very rude and when I told them about the equipment they just ignored me and didn't ask me another thing about it. The male was also rude to his wife whom was trying to be a little bit helpful. There was no room to park the uhaul as it is a very tiny parking lot.

Let them know you are charging them for extra days. I had to pay for an extra day that I didn't use it for. Would appreciate it if you would put the money back on my card since I didn't use it for the third day.

Hello, I am writing about our recent Uhaul experience, which occurred on 7/25-7/27. On 7/25, we picked up the 26-foot Uhaul from 9400 Central SW, Albuquerque, NM 87121, Phone: 505-892-8410. On the drive from Albuquerque to Socorro, NM, we noticed the break light and beeper would not turn off. The breaks worked well, though, so we continued. Only after we reached Socorro did everything turn off. We packed the UHaul all day. On 7/26, we left Socorro, NM, about 5:15am. The break beeper went on again, and, then after an hour it finally turned off. Checking the breaks again to make sure they worked well, we continued. We were moving to Greeley, CO, and were excited about the move, and realistic about the 9 hour drive. At Wagon Mound, NM, we stopped to fill the UHaul with gas. A stranger stopped and commented on damage to the rear passenger wheel that he noticed. There was a 6 inch wide x 1/2 inch of tire missing on the tread. We were grateful for this stranger's comment and concerned about the tire now. We drove another 60 miles or so to Raton, NM, and called UHaul Roadside Assistance for help. We wanted someone to assess the tire as we were about to drive over some steep inclines and declines. UHaul Roadside Assistance was awesome. I spoke to a Melinda and she hooked us up with a guy from Kelly's Tire & Towing in Trinidad, CO. He arrived in an hour of our call and changed the tire. The slight detour totaled about two hours, but we were grateful for the stranger and for UHaul Roadside Assistance in resolving the situation. We finally arrived to Greeley, CO, around 6:30pm. We unloaded the UHaul and moved all our belongings to storage, as we hadn't found a house yet. Time: 9:00pm. We then took the UHaul to the drop off location at Greeley Shippers Supply, 2985 29th St Greeley, CO 80631, (970) 330-7507. We cleaned out the UHaul vehicle, locked the blankets and the furniture dolly in the cab, and dropped off the green Safemove validation and the truce key in the orange drop box. Finally, we got to our rental place and got to bed at midnight. The next day, we received a call from a representative at Greeley Shippers Supply telling us that we needed to wipe off the door because something spilt on the door and sweep out the truck. We apologized for this, and told her we would take care of it today (7/27). At around 3:15pm, we went back to Greeley Shippers Supply, found the truck, and cleaned out the cab and swept out the truck, sweeping out about ¼ cup of dirt. We're sharing our UHaul story with you because as we reflected on the move (and mind you, we are very grateful that we made it safely to Greeley, CO), we have some concerns about quality control. First, we feel, that the tire should have been inspected fully by the 9400 Central Ave Albuquerque location. Only by the grace of God did a stranger in Wagon Mound make this observation and saved us from a potentially tragic event. While we are grateful for the quick action of UHaul Roadside (Kudo
