The customer service representative was awful. She seemed miserable, mumbled the instructions, and made no eye contact. I would not recommend this location. I hope it was an off day, and the employees at that location are treated well. The morale was painfully low.

All went well. Customer Service was helpful. I was going to purchase a lock and the customer service representative said the truck already has a lock. Checking the truck out did not take long at all. Turning the truck in was easy and paperless.

The guy who inspected the truck in was very friendly but the guy who processed the paper for returning the truck was a complete butt-hole i explain what happened he didn't show a care in the world he was very rude and disrespectful!!

Very courteous and knowledgable crew. Helped me pick out boxes, rope, etc. to finish up my packing. Truck was clean and ready when I picked it up the following morning. The 10 footer was very easy to drive.

My fuel gauge was at 3/8 of a tank when I picked it up and my paperwork said 1/2. I should have gone back in and got it changed. When I went to fill up, it took 6 gallons to get the gauge past 3/8 and it jumped to 5/8. I drove 10 miles and had to put 6 gallons in for fear of getting charged the $30 refuel fee. The clerk didn't say anything when I complained to him upon returning the van.

The young lady at the front desk was extremely pleasant and professional. Something that is rare in public service today. 5 Stars for her!
The gas in the truck was less than 1/4 tank.
U-Haul should offer discounts to Veterans.

Great customer service. Friendly people. I'm sure it was just an oversight due to the fact I came back after receiving truck to get a dolly but make sure you they give you a lock. You'll need it at drop off to secure items. Btw I wish all the UHaul appliance dollies were of the ratchet type where you could really tighten the strap around an object. These one turn crank types do not seem very secure.

They was not upfront with the total cost. Tried to return it on Sunday but the agent at the desk made a big issue when I said the tire was going flat. I was about an hour late and said I couldn't take advantage of the full time. He said, well you just need to read you contract. I said I don't see why I should be charged with another day. He said well read the contract that's up to you if you want to keep it another day. Not a very personable comment, nor his people skills are very lacking.

The service was good, however I felt like the price I paid for less than a day was nowhere near worth it. I would recommend uhaul only if they have explored all other possibilities.
