JOLLY ROGER PERSONEL WERE VERY HELPFUL, BUT YOUR 1-800 SCHEDULING PEOPLE DID NOT TELL ME THAT RESERVATIONS ARE NOT HELD IF EQUIPMENT IS NOT PICKED P BY A CERTAIN TIME. I WAS TRAVELING A LONG DISTANCE FROM OUT OF TOWN TO PICK UP A TRUCK AT THIS LOCATION ONLY TO BE TOLD IT HAD BEEN CANCELED AND PROMISED TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER. HAD I BEEN INFORMED I WOULD HAVE MADE IT CLEAR THAT IT WOULD BE PICKED UP MUCH LATER IN THE DAY. THE PERSON AT THIS LOCATION WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP US GET THE EQUIPMENT WE NEEDED, BUT BECAUSE OF POOR SERVICE BY YOUR RESERVATION PEOPLE, I WILL CONSIDER ANOTHER COMPANY NEXT TIME.

The size truck I reserved was not available when I arrived, but I was given a larger truck at the same rate. The rental agent was very helpful. A billing problem arose because of the change in truck size, but it was resolved rather quickly. Very happy with the service.

My Problem was not with the locations I had to deal with while attempting to pick up my equipment, it was the fact that I had to deal with 4 different locations to gather all of my reserved rentals. The local dealers were understanding, it was the regional level that should have coordinated my reservation so I did not have to travel to the 4 different locations and drive 60+ miles in the opposite direction of were I was headed to pick up my tow dolly to then start my one way rental.

Choose a better location. This location in Greenville, NC, The Jolly Roger, looked like a crack dealer hang-out. Personnel were rude and unfriendly. Very poor first impression for the equipment.

better customer service, i rented a ten foot truck in the early afternoon at the above said location, a female by the name of Jennifer practiced and exicuted professional customer service and on my return to this location the two males spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner in the presence of a white male and an older man who is from an arab nation that witnessed the whole thing but did or said nothing,i'm not sure if they worked there or not but was standing behind the counter,both men threatened me verbally with bodily physical harm, one told me to get out of his store because i was insulted about my nationality,he called me a mexican and i replied i'm puerto rican. i asked him not to insult my nationality and he continued and said to me to get out of his f-----g store or he will call the cops but was refusing to give me my change from my deposit, my wife had to come in the store and get my change but he continued to call me mexican, once i left the store the other male told me to leave before he punches me in my face and i told him if he hits me i will have him arrested for assault. there was an older man that works there as well and he told the second male to go back inside and for me to calm down and i said to him both of them don't have the right to insult and discriminate me or my nationality. they both were from an arab nation and i never said or did anything to discriminate or insult their nationality, i really think someone from the u haul company should investigate this matter and terminate their contract and any future dealings with this location so that your reputation and commitment serving the public and avoid this company's name from being tarnished from people practicing poor customer service,i would like for someone from this company to contact me before i go a step further n go to the news papers in regards.my intentions is fir this matter to get resolved and have this location under investigation and screen thepeople they have a contract with representing the company,i would like some reply to this concern and to who it may concern

Clerk took care of other customers before helping us even if they came in after us. Also left us at both pickup and drop off in the middle of helping us to serve other customers who had come in after us.
