They were very easy to work with. I could not pick up the truck up on Saturday as I planned; they offered to meet me on Sunday so I could get my moved done by Monday, even though they are closed on Sundays. They made a tuff situation much easer to deal with.

I made my reservation online and scheduled pickup for the following morning. The place I was supposed to pickup at was closed, so I waited but they never showed up. I then called the uhaul 1-800 number and had the reservation moved to another local uhaul facility. When I got to the second location, I was notified that they had no one that could write up the rental agreement. I called uhaul again and they moved my reservation to Legacy. The guys at legacy made a stressful situation a lot better. The customer service agents at uhaul were also very helpful.
