One person working; long line - first truck had no fuel as it was stolen because property is not gated - Manager was super nice and apologetic for the delay. Stores like Dublin are well staffed; makes no sense.

Nothing! We had to serve 2300 seniors today for a special event and found out we needed to rent a truck to deliver the salads by 8:30 AM. Had U-Haul not opened at 7 AM for me to pick up the van - we may have had a disaster on our hands. U-Haul saved the day!!

You used to get a full tank of gas. And would return it full. Now you guys use this scam shit. About bring it back with the same amount of gas as when you picked it up. Hoping and knowing most people bring it back fuller. Then you offer no refund for extra gas put in by costomer. Bullshit. Scam is what I see.

The U-Haul representative did not give any instructions concerning the warning sound when the parking brake is on or any helpful hints about operating the truck. The padlock on the rear door would not unlock and consequently was unusable. The instrument panel light did not work, so I was unable to read it at night without turning on the cabin light. The representative also did not explain that we had to fold the blankets before we returned the truck or we would be charged a cleaning fee. In addition, I had ordered a furniture dolly which was not available when I picked up the truck. I also called the U-Haul toll-free customer phone number to ask a question but the customer service representative was unable to find my contract number and placed my call on hold for over five minutes. I finally lost patience and hung up. I received better service from some of the other customer service representatives when I purchased boxes and sought help to deal with a problem.

The Truck was on empty instead of 1/4 tank. I was delayed leaving UHaul because I had to wait for them to drive the truck to be refueled. They offered me nothing for the in convieance but an insincere apology even when I told them I had workers waiting . I do not recommend this UHaul location .

This experience was a huge inconvenience. I rented a truck online days before and the night before i was due to rent they called to tell me my truck was not available. Don't accept reservations if you don't have equipment available. Less than 24 hours before my move I did not have a way to make other accommodations.

I truly resent that in the 14' truck there is a handtruck and blankets that come with the truck. This eats up space, is challenging to pack around, and reduces the capacity of the truck. This is reason enough to alter my choice when renting a truck in the future.

Lower the milage rate by $0.10. When I returned the van I rented, I errored in putting in $10.00 more gas that required. Have some provision for reimbursing the customer. In order words, make some concessions. Enough with the to bad, to sad feeling I get when dealing with some of the customer Service Reps.

They overestimated how much gas was in the cargo van. It claimed 3/8, but it was a little less. I estimated 30 miles of driving, but it was 36 miles. When I put gas in the cargo van it turned out to be more than 3/8. I requested to be "comped" (ie. compensated), but the manager claimed a policy issue. It only resulted in a few bucks, but it is perturbing to have the fuel underestimated, then you have to try to hit the exact mark, and when you overfill you get no credit for it. Just send out every vehicle on full, or be more flexible when people return a vehicle that is advantageous to the franchise.
