I cant say enough about this Hillsboro/Cornell Rd. location! I give it 100%. Theresa (manager?) and Jake are excellent and very personable and really go the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed and even stuff we didn't think of. Seriously I cant say enough. Its a very updated and clean store. I would highly recommend it to anyone!! Thank you!

I love going to UHaul...and this is the only one I go to. Customer service is amazing....efficient, friendly staff that go out of their way to assist the customer in any way they can. Yesterday when i returned a trailer they were short staffed and the person working the counter was amazing....meeting the needs of 2 customers at a time...one at each terminal...and also took the time to personally run out and unattach my trailer, apologizing for the delay all the way....incredible service...A+++ in my book!!!

Make sure there is a visible tag or sign posted on the dash showing where the haul/tow turn off/on switch is on all Pick-ups used.

Your pre rent walkthrough process of the vehicle is a burden. it should be done by U-haul folks and not left to the consumer. Made me feel like I had to prepare to battle Uhaul in case of an errant/unforseen ding in the truck that I did not ID in my walkthrough. Put me on the defensive and puts U haul in basket with all the rest. Average...

Everything about this and previous experiences with U-Haul and their personnel have been extremely positive! I would never hesitate to rent with U-Haul!!

I picked up the truck with 1/4 tank, and was expected to return it the same. It would have been easier for my cross-town move to have had a half tank, so I could complete the move, and re-fill out near the location. Not a big thing, but a thing. Also, it would have helped if they had told me the range of 1/4 tank - I could have planned ahead.
