The majority of employees working that day were unable to perform basic check in and check out tasks without extensive assistance. Training before they are left to help customers would impact your bottom line dramatically. Not to mention lower the waiting times and improve customers satisfaction with the renting experience.

You did not have the truck I reserved, My visa credit card would not work for the van. I had to get a truck which cost more for mileage. The guy was kind enough to not charge me for not putting enough gas in it. That was nice of him. Overall my experience was not very good at all. Do not ever want to have to rent a uhaul again. Thank you Kimberly Turkmenoglu.

Computers were down, not the first time this has happened, It took over an hour to get a truck I had reserved and over a 1/2 hr to return it. Keep computer system from crashing/

We reserved a 26' truck on-line with what options were available for a 2-day out of town move, when we checked in, the agent was so helpful because what we needed was different than what we had reserved. The only options on-line that we saw was... "One way rental" & "In town rental" so we did a "in town rental". What we really needed was a "one way rental- return to pick up site". Apparently the in-town trucks are different (older & more miles) than the one-way rental trucks. When we moved 5 yrs ago we had an In-town truck that broke down twice in the same night. This latest rental truck was much newer & performed well.

They were very helpful, but the system did not allow for an easy way of closing out the contract for the trailer that was replaced, I sat in the office for 1hr 40 mins. But the General Manager, Carlos and staff were very, very helpful.

The location was under staffed especially for a weekend. There was only 1 employee working and there were about 10 people in line. The one employee was wonderful but it took 55 minutes before we got to the front of the line.

This location was short staffed when we went to pick up our truck. We had to wait almost 2 hours before we could finally start our move. It threw off our entire day and was a huge time waste. The guy working told me that I probably shouldn't drive on the highway becuase the truck was shaky and couldn't handle it. I guess U-Haul thinks it's okay to send out old, dilapidated equipment out. The movers we got through U-Haul were also terrible and had no idea what to do. All in all U-haul, this location, this truck, and the suggested movers made our move a terrible, terrible experience. Thanks for nothing. I can tell you that I will make it a point to recommend people use other companies outside of U-Haul, perhaps even start a campaighn. It was that bad.

We rented a trailer on July 2nd and returned it the same day before 3 pm. I waited in line to finish paperwork, during which time an employee worked with my husband outside to inspect the trailer. The employee then told my husband that we were good to go, no paperwork needed. I left the line and we left the trailer in the lot. They charged us 37.95 that same day for a one day rental, which showed up in my bank statement as a withdraw on July 2nd. Two days later I received a call from them asking if we wanted to extend our reservation. When we told them it was returned on the same day as rented (July 2nd), they went into the lot and found the trailer. However, on July 7th we were still charged an additional 75.90 for the 2 days in which they did not account for the trailer on their site. I called the site and asked them to refund the two days in which we did not have the trailer. They said this would be done. A week later when no refund appeared in my account, I called back. They then told me that my account was mixed up with someone who only had the trailer 1 day but was charged for three, so I my account was being charged for those extra days. Explaining to them that I was that customer, and only had the trailer day. I asked them to return the additional 75.90 that was taken from my account on July 8th. They then told me that I had already been refunded the original 37.95 on July 2nd when they first discovered the mixup between the two contracts, and were only going to refund 37.95 to account for the rest. When I checked my bank statement, no such refund showed up, only the original withdraw of 37.95. I can only assume they refunded this to the other contract. They therefore charged me a total of 113.85 for what should have been a 37.95 rental, and are currently only offering to refund 37.95. I now have to call them a third time to resolve this. I would not recommend this site unless improvements to their customer tracking services are made.

This location needs to get rid of the old 5x8 utility trailer I rented. It is a safety issue waiting to happen. The wood is all rotted, both floor and walls,and the gate fell off when I was removing my cargo due to no way of securing the ramp. The 2 wood screws that were holding the ramp came free from the rotten wood.

Maintain your tires on your trailers better. When I picked up the trailer one of the associates was very rude. They told me that I owed more money, I thought that I had rented it until Monday the 13th, I couldn't figure out why I owed almost 30 dollars more. Because of that flate tire I had to stay one more day in motels, and buy food for another day. And when I was traveling in Montana on a dirt road, the inside of the trailer got a lot of dust inside the trailer we had to through away most of our food and had to go to a laundry mat to wash most of our clothing, and ruined a set of luggage. Couldn't get the dirt off of them. And the people we borrowed them for asked us to replace them. All in all I had a crappy experience with your trailer. I can tell you that I won't ever go back to that place, ever.

On the weekend I would suggest that someone comes in 30 minutes to an hour before opening to check in the trucks that were turned in over night. Customers should be the number one priority and should not have to wait 20 to 30 minutes after the business opens to pick up a truck. I had a reservation and was there at when the doors opened but did not leave the facility until 9:25. When I left their were 10 people behind me waiting to rent a uhaul. If the truck had been checked in prior to opening the process would of went a lot fast for all the customers in the store.

Lady behing the counter seemed annoyed when I didn't purchase the insurance package with the 15' van. Manager seemed annoyed when I asked if they could remove the dolly from the van because it would get in the way and I didn't want to pay $7 for cutting the ziptie so I could move the stupid thing. Overall, I felt like I was inconveniencing them.

I felt like the initial rental procedure took way too long and is cumbersome. I could not believe that there were two people working on a Saturday morning. The line was long and I sensed no sense of urgency from anyone on the staff. I'm thinking on a Saturday you might want to bring someone In to help during the morning rush. I noticed that at least one guy bailed and I saw him at Home Depot renting a Penske truck when I was picking up rental tools. His joke when he walked in the U-haul door was "looks like the post office at Christmas, line out the door and one person working the counter." If U-haul wasn't the only game I town, I'd have left. On the upside, check-in was awesome. Tad was quick and efficient. I appreciate the ease of remote check-in.

I made a reservation on line for a 10 foot at 3pm and when I recieved my confirmation text it was for 8am, I called and the woman I spoke to said she would change it for 3pm. When I went to pick it up they tried to give me a a 15 foot truck which I was not going to pay $40 for when I reserved and needed a 10. They then told me they did not have a 10 at all and they would not give me the 15 for the price of a 10 which is horrible customer service! They screwed up and they should fix it! Luckily the man behind me was returning a 10 and told them to give it to me but the manager still tried to rent it to someone else but finally after pleading with him he rented it to me. After all of that I left the store 45min after I needed to and 2 of my helpers were un able to finish helping me. I am very disappointed in this location and will never go back!! Please teach your employees customer service!!
