This location was the one i wanted to pick up from. However Uhauls Website picked a different location. I went here not knowing and heard how a manger treated the customers. Very Poor !!! Also he complained openly about Corporate. Also Told a customer i dont care that you rented a truck for two days you can only have it for one day.

I explained to the manager that I had booked two continuous locations for the same trailer because of changing circumstances. For that reason I paid over double the amount I would have if I had been able to book it as one location to another. He basically told me tough luck, the contracts were already a done deal. Not a helpful nor particularly pleasant experience. Guess I will take my lumps and move on.

One way moves are cost prohibitive. Figure out a way to redistribute equipment when it stacks up at one location and languishes in another. Staff at this location were great to work with, and offered tips for making this an efficient experience. The rental unit was in good clean repair and trailed flawlessly on our 600 mile round trip.

I waited in line for 23 minutes because one employee was arguing with another customer that appeared to be in the wrong, however when the second customer was at the counter the same employee spoke in a way that was sarcastic and rude, yet used a safe choice of words. Finally a second employee came up and helped the next customer. After that I was helped by the second employee that was not rude but he was not friendly by any means. He did not even use eye contact or speak clearly. Very poor customer service, however the truck was fine and the employee that helped us when we returned the truck was very nice.

I wanted to give a shout-out to Felix, the manager, because he was faced with a lot of challenges and very upset customers on Saturday, 8/29 when I was there. He was the only employee working when the store opened and faced a long line of people, most of whom had something messed up on their reservation. He handled it all with calmness and worked to the best of his ability to find an alternate solution if the customer was willing. Please let him know that I appreciated his help and felt sorry for him having to deal with people that were cranky and not very pleasant.

There's a two-way route in and out of the equipment return area but the incoming equipment jammed up all the lanes and I had to wait several minutes to leave after dropping off my trailer. Perhaps some employee training would prevent this type of thing.

24' GMC truck needs to be upgraded. It was not a pleasure to drive. Battery barely turned over the engine, oil pressure was low. The truck bed is encroached by tire wells which accounted for several stubbed toes. The storage truck dolly and pads take up space is an annoyance when loading/unloading. Please remove. The rental was as expected.

Waiting in line for 60 minutes, they tried giving us a truck with the wrong fuel level that was saw that had more. When notified they did nothing. When we came back dropped off truck they tried charging us the fuel. We explained the situation and the manager blamed us and made it seem that we were lying and had to pay for gas. Luckily everything was resolved but worst experience

Lines are way too long in this store. Only one person working at all times is not enough. It took one hour to get our u haul and then when we got it we still had to bring it back at the original time so only got it for 5 hours when it originally was for six. Please get more staff at this location. It seems totally absurd.

This was the worst rental experience of my life. I waited in line for an HOUR to be helped, and then not only was the associate who was preparing vehicles incompetent, the store manager blatantly lied to me. I told him that the vehicle did not have more than half a tank of gas when I received it, and I filled it back up to the half-tank line when I was done - he said that was fine. They charged me $9.00 for 2 gallons of gas to make up the difference! I will never rent from U-Haul again!

Errors in reservations, car carrier I was suppose to get was given to someone else so they scrambled to get another one for me.The car carrier I was given was in some one elses name.When I returned it they had difficulty finding the contract as it was under another name. The straps on the car carrier were not applied correctly and they fell off the tires during my trip. I called, U Haul and was told by the general manager this had never happened,he suggested that maybe some one had been playing a joke on me. When I called customer service they wanted to charge me a fee to put the straps back on.I was told that it was my responsibility to check the straps every so many miles. I explained to this rep that I was not aware of this as I was not told. When the person came out to fix it he stated the straps had not been put on right,and this is why they fell off.He then had to change the tire on the right back side because it was getting flat.This had been noticed before we left the premises and the person working with me had put air in the tire. The gentleman who came out changed that tire.At this time I am not happy with the service I received from this U Haul.

I have a problem with getting my money back. I don't like how I have to put a huge deposit down and can't get my refund until a few days has passed. It was very upsetting. 80 down, then i was suppose to get 41 back. The worker said it would take 5 days to get it back. I was not made aware of this until a few hours later when I noticed my back account. Very dissatisfied because of this.
