Employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent customer service across the board. Dealt with 3 different employees and they were all great! I live in wahiawa and have a uhaul location that is more convenient, but I'd rather drive a bit out of the way to get this reliable service. Mahalo!

The young man who processed my reservation at the store was very helpful. I actually called another location first because it was closer , she was also very helpful because even thouhh they were sold out of the vans she made my reservation at another location and it was ready right on time.

Having to pay $1.19 per mile AND requiring a full tank upon return is false advertising. The total charges for a truck advertised as $39.95 was about $100 which is ridiculous. The additional $7 charged for using the dolly was not indicated in the initial rental agreement or mentioned by a sales representative.

the original location i reserved from was closed for no apparent reason,,, so i had to go to another location where it was farther,,, was charged for the milage difference... and it was brought to my attention until 2 hours prior,,, lost a hour,,, then when i picked up the truck i had to return it at 2 only allowing me 2.5 hours to use the truck.... Truck was good, logistics sucked....

None, service was excellent, they were very prompt, helpful, and fast! They were well organized, they made some suggestions, which I never thought I would need, the employees are well trained, team work was also excellent, there were no waiting period! Thank you!

Customer service was what I'd expect from a main uhaul center. They helped me out of a jam that was caused by another vender storkeeper self storage. They had the worst customer service and screwed up my rental that day!! Thanks Marc for getting me out of a jam!!

I feel that the agent that helped was not clear on the rental and made me guess. He asked how long I would use it, and thinking it would cost more the longer I used the truck, I'd be paying more, and he didn't explain that I rented it for 24 hours. These things need to be more transparent and dont be so sneaky about it. I would have to inquire other rental companies first before I come back here. Truck ran good and no problems with the move, but honesty and trust is huge for me and I just feel that they are just not clear. Worst part is, the agent I found out was the general manager. Also needs to work on his customer service skills. I didn't feel comfortable with him. Not very friendly service.

Really appreciated the customer services. Just want to comment on the parking. Yet, this seems to be a problem all across Hawaii. Maybe reserving the lot across from the buisness could be used. However, this would not keep me from coming back.

We were moved at the last minute to this location ( which turned out great) but we felt it would have been been nice to have a 5/10 mile credit since we had to drive that much further to get to the new location...
