Improve? How do you improve upon perfection? Renee and Hizzy provide extraordinary service! They mase my experience extremely pleasant, and I will be shocked if it can ever be topped. Renee took cmcare of my truck switch out, smand adjusted my rental times very generously. Hizzy went above and beyond his job to assist me in carrying a heavy toolbox. And, I had lost my keys when I rented the truck and they held onto them six hours, I was so relieved that they had found them when I had return the truck. Great job !

Do not trust these UHaul, they just lie. I ordered truck three days before and it was not on time, in spite of that they did even inform that it was not available. I had to drive 50 miles back and forth to find the truck was not available. They told me they will compensate by a $50 coupon and later failed in doing that. This was a terrible experience.

They were the only location to help fix the problems I had with uhaul. Uhaul has very poor communication with one another and there is no reason to even have a call center if the call center does not know anything about what is actually available at the store. It doesnt matter what a computer SAYS IS AVAILABLE, the fact is that if the truck isnt there, ITS NOT AVAILABLE AND MAKES FOR VERY UPSET CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!

The employees were very helpful and accommodating. My reservation was to be picked up this location but they said it wasn't at that location but they were still able to pull it off even for the two days that I requested but only one day was reserved. Truck had 3-5 places that it leaked and of course it was the heaviest rains that weekend. I was told when I reserved the truck it would be .89 cents per mile but it turned out that it was 1.09 per mile and that because even though Sunday is an .89 cents day I would be charged 1.09 regardless because I was renting it on Saturday. That is so wrong. The Manager and her help did a wonderful job of helping people as at the time I went she had about 3 customers before me and about 5 behind me. It appeared her help were all new. She "Renee" I think was her name maintained a very professional Manner through out my time there which was about an hour to get it all right for me. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the equipment that I needed for the time that I needed it. She needs to have more experienced help than she did so that they can pick up and help her out. She deserves some type of Bonus or Compensation of some sort for all her hard work and keeping your company the place to keep coming back to. The last U-Haul I used the manager was extremely rude to the customers so there for I will not be using him again.

When I picked this trailer up there was only one person working the office as well the yard! When I brought the trailer back again only one person working ( a different girl this time). I had to unhook the trailer and put it back on the stand myself since again there was no one there to work the yard! This not the way to earn customer loyality or create a quality experiance and if I might add you might look and your company culture because in all the years I have rented from UHaul I have never come across an employee who seemed to like working there let alone put a smile on their face when you walk through the door. Take care of your employees and they will take care of your customers. Anyway my two cents worth for what it would matter to a company with little if any competition

Alicia was very helpful, however... I asked her to unhitch the trailer so that I could begin unloading the truck. She came to disconnect the trailer and found the pin bent and the weld cracked. She asked if we jackknifed and I said no. We did a U-turn and backed out of the driveway. She began to bang on it continuosly with a hammer. Unable to remove it she used another piece of equipment but not successful. She beat it again with a hammer and still couldn't get it off. She called roadside assistance and they wouldn't come out. We asked it the truck could be moved so that the trailer would be at a right angle so we could get the furniture out of the truck. She said yes but for her to drive it because if it shoukd break while moving the truck we would be responsible. We were able to unload the truck. However, we couldn't finish because we were told it was too dangerous to drive the truck with the trailer. I was told that this would not cost anything on my part. I returned on Tues and got be truck and unloaded it. Upon returning the truck it took another hour because nothing was documented about the no charge for the extra day. Or that Alicia had beaten the trailer hitch to death and so they wrote that the trailer was damaged and that I owed $154.08! I refused to pay that as I did not damage the trailer and Alicia did more damage to it when trying to get it off!

I had been promised a truck at a closer location and when I called that location, they confirmed my reservation but then randomly was switched to the Mesa location. Although customer service was good at this location, it was far away from where I was and the area of this location was not the best. I am sorry but I was not happy with my overall experience with U-Haul.

This was the second time in two weeks I have made a reservation and showed up and they didn't have the truck I had reserved. They reserved a 15' truck for me when I only needed a 10'. I accepted that though I was only moving a few things knowing sometimes availability is limited. Showed up and not even the 15' they reserved for me was there. This, again, was the second time in two weeks this had happened to me. After much going back and forth for about 30-40 minutes they offered me a 20'...a 20' when all I needed was a 10'. This was actually incredibly inconvenient because of the parking situation at my apartment complex and I was going to have furniture just loose in this huge truck that I had to drive from Jacinto City to Conroe (gas). I finally gave in and just took the truck because I had to move and I had already driven there from Conroe. I asked if I could at least get an appliance dolly for my trouble and the man said yes. When I went to check out I had charges for an appliance dolly and a 15' truck when all I wanted was a 10'. I had to ask the man twice to correct it. What in the world do you think reservation means? It's a guarantee that what you need will be provided. Seriously, how can a business be run like that? There was an atmosphere of apathy and measures were not taken to take care of me as a customer. Still ended up paying the full price I would have paid for the truck I wanted when I was inconvenienced with a truck two times too big (that was actually reserved for someone else, but then again, what's a reservation?), the time I spent in the Uhaul facility while everyone scratched their heads clueless, and the hours I spent being transferred in loops on the phone just trying to get a reservation anywhere near me and not an extra 20 miles away. This was just a complete bust.

It's so effing expensive! I'll NEVER use uhaul again. I used a truck for less than 4 hours and spent over 80 dollars on your $19.99 a day vehicle and had to put gas in it so add $7. Only went 40 miles, seriously a rip off

Only one guy working, so it took about an hour from when I walked in to when I left. equipment was clean but air breaks sounded like they were leaking a little, and the transmission felt like it was slipping after about an hour of driving. a light with a wrench and gear come on under the radio , but went away after unloading,

I scheduled and received confirmation for pickup at a different location, only to get there and realize my truck was at another location. I had to drive 20 miles out of my way to pick up the truck, and then another 20 miles back to return it and of course was charged for those miles. Also, the pricing on the quote didn't match what showed up when I arrived to pick up the truck. Completely unprofessional service.
