When I got to the location I reserved a 17 footer but the man that was working there said some had stolen the gas out the 17 footer and that's the only one he had so he ask me can I take the 15 footer told him no I want the one I reserved. He ended up putting me in a 25 footer for my convince. He also stated that I would get my remaining balance back the next day but I didn't I'm still waiting on it. But other wise everything els was ok.

This is best Uhaul location & I always rent truck from this location because Manager Sam & his all team are very professional , we always find truck very clean & gas tank is always full , line move very fast and all employee are always welcome everyone with smile on face , each time they gave us estimate of rent & other informations with emergency contact number to make sure we understood everything , I strongly recommend this location to all my friends , Thank you UHaul corporation for keeping good people in team and thank you for asking our comments, Thank you once again

When I arrived in Dallas I was told by the the man who worked at the Uhaul that my car was not properly attached at the pick up location and was very dangerous. This was scary news. The man's name was lance at the drop off location. He discovered it when he was unhooking. My car is not driving well . I will be taking it to be looked at by a shop and I will be in contact if there is damage to my vehicle.

The person that i cant remember her name was amazing from the start and finish despite beening a small time late she made up for it and informed us about the charges that were in contract which the call center didnt completely discuss with me but despite she had us in and out on our check in and check out i highly recommend coming here

On July 26th, I rented from the 8015 S Gessner Rd location. The female representative was very unprofessional and rude upon my pickup and return. Per my review, as well as the other persons that accompanied me, she exemplified poor customer service. Her tone and attitude was just rude and nonchalant. Upon arrival, she was not readily available. I'm assuming it was because she needed to take care of something on the property but she never acknowledged to the customers that she would be with us soon so we assumed there was another representative available in store to assist. Unfortunately, there was not anyone else working with her. The way she talks to customers is not acceptable. Although, I noticed her attitude early on upon pickup, I didn't comment on it. I just remained quiet and cooperative. Also, please know that during each visit I or no one else had done anything to upset her. I really felt uncomfortable being serviced by her. Upon return, the male companion with me noticed her unprofessionalism also. At that point, he commented and asked her why she was being so rude and unprofessional. She stated (in a snappy manner) that she wasn't being rude. Therefore, I concluded that this must be her character altogether because my daughter reported poor customer service from the same representative last week when she went by to pick up boxes. Please know that I am a professional and senior marketing analyst at an oil company and the male companion accompanying me is a field manager for a large beverage distribution company here in Houston. Due to the fact that we work to maintain business and exemplify customer service, good service does not come unnoticed. Customer service can make or break your business. If people find your employees are rude or don’t know how to demonstrate good service they’ll go elsewhere to obtain service and make their purchases. You don’t want that, so it’s important to train them on good customer service and then monitor it so they continue to do a job with it.

really old and bad truck. BaTtery and startup had issues.bltruck has no power and gas pedal was taking forever to push the truck on the road. Gas mileage was really bad I drove about 90 miles and paid about $65 for the gas.which constitutes to about 1.4 miles per gallon how about that? I would rather go with Penske next time with three mileage options

The young man at the counter was very pleasant, quick and efficient. The 5 x 8 trailer I had reserved was there and ready to hook up. We were in and out in 15 minutes. Thank you.

This was one of the worst times i rented a van from UHAUL but i'm never renting a van from this location or from UHAUL again. I informed them when i smelled the smell and seen roaches and spiders. Had trash behind the passagner seat and the driver seat. The worstt thing was a very strong odor smell. when i returned the van I asked the young lady dont you clean your vans before your customers pick it up she stated that I dont knw why he didnt clean it and I was like ok it has trash all in and it smells the UHAUL-cargo van i rented was STOLEN and someone was living in the van the girl informed me. One dont give someone a stolen van knowily nowing that the vechile was stolen and they were using it to live. I continued to tell the girl thanks for that information and that just gross. I will NEVER rent a van from UHAUL again.

There should be the option to rent the Green Dollies that are available for sale. This way you can make extra money on that. Overall, UHaul's been my best choice. Thank you guys.

Pro: Great rental price over all. Fair price milage . Good service. Cons: I rented a 24' truck , horrible truck ,it was like 20 years old GMC , had problems shifting gears ,shakes so bad, Burned gas like a tank! I drove 16 miles and cost me $20 dollars on gas ! I'll rate this place 4 stars if they upgrade their equipment.

I came to the location and the salesperson was frustrated with a bunch of new arrivals from a different location. I waited patiently for 30 minutes before she could even ask if I needed anything. When I finally spoke to her after 30 minutes she said she had to finish what she was doing and called upon another co worker which was on break to assist me. The other co worker on break had 10 more minutes in his break was over. So I had to wait another 10 minutes on top of the 30 minute I already waited. When a salesperson was finally able to get me a rental. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes in the sun because all the vehicles were blocking each other. Upon receiving the vehicle there was many damaged items in there that was not stated on the condition form. Luckily I was able to identify the damages so I was not liable for them. Van rental was filthy in the cab area with trash and the cargo area had cigarette butts and and was overall filthy. After finishing my short trip to transfer some furniture. I came to check out in the sales office. The van that I rented was never reset on the mileage from the last user. I drove a total of 13 miles. The receipt stated I drove 1600 miles in a span of 3 hours. That must mean that the van is able to go 500+ mph. It was corrected because the original paper ticket had the mileage on it before I left the parking lot. I use Uhaul quite a lot due to my business. But I will try looking for other transport options after this incident.

The agent wasn't nice at all. Very unprofessional. Poor conduct. She really need to get trained on customer service. I don't think I will go back there. She is very rude. Now don't take me wrong. I asked myself if something was wrong with her voice or she had problems with the previous client or she is just a rude person. I'm a 48 old educated man and i don't see myself acting crazy or giving hard time to any agent. I was polite from the beginning to the end. Anyway.
