Make sure your equipment is clean and your staff has knowledge. We have rented from this location on many occasions and never had a bad experience like this time. Always keep your equipment clean and provide excellent cust. service make your repeat clients happy.
I don't think as for me I will rent at this location again sorry.

NIGHTMARE!!!!! Will never use uhaul ever again and I will make sure people I know never use Uhaul after the ringer they put me through. I 'm also reporting this incident to the BBB.

Gas tank was 1/2 full, not 5/8 as he said. I didn't notice until I got home (home was close...5 min drive). Was a little annoyed with that.

We were sent across Houston to multiple locations because suddenly when we arrived the places were "full". This place tried to turn us away as well.

I first tried to reserve the auto-transport trailer at your I-10 location (10220 Old Katy Road) and had the most horrible customer service experience with Innocent Ochiobi who was rude and totally incompetent. I will never go back to that location as long as she is there. I then tried to order the trailer on-line from your website and was also unsuccessful there as your drop-down menu did not list my towed car, so I finally called your 800 number where, after multiple tries and long wait times, I was finally helped competently by Amber at the Houston Regional Center covering the Sharpstown location, where I requested the trailer to be delivered. The customer service at that location was awesome. Patrick Sams helped us hook the trailer and position the car on it in a very helpful and competent fashion. Night and day between the two locations.

I was extremely unsatisfied about how I was turned away from my original drop off location...they were under staffed and I was turned away and told to go to another location (down the road)...very unprofessional! !...when I went to the other location. I was told that they could not help me either...I got on the phone and called 1 800 number...they were very professional and handled the situation quickly...I will think twice the next time I rent from u haul again...

I used the drop box for return and requested an email receipt. I received the email promptly the next business day. Although I did not speak to anyone personally, the fact that my request was honored without my follow-up shows this location is considerate of it's customers.

The drop off location initially selected called & told me they no longer had room & to find another location. Fresh off a full day of moving & without internet, I had to scramble to find a place. Uhual should either reserve the drop off or provide maps to multiple sites in the area to avoid this problem. It made for a very frustrating hour and a half driving in rushhour traffic trying to find a place that would take my trailer.

The truck was extremely old and the brakes were not working properly. It was a scary drive. Never again renting a truck from uhaul.

The gas metter reads backwords in the computer report, having the F (full) indicator to the right when the metter shows the E (empty) in the graphic report. The attendant was very courteous by telling me about the mistake when I mentioned the few milles used,
