I have to say, my experience was excellent. I don't typically do survey's, but wanted to comment as well as commend the professionalism I received on Friday 6/26/15 from Jameel Newman as well as today 6/29/15 from Darron Spriggs. Both employees performed their job by providing good customer service, as they multi-tasked while maintaining their professionalism. Therefore, yes, because of their professionalism, I would recommend this particular location.

U-Haul has a lot of hidden fees that aren't explained correctly or at all to customers. To be quoted a price and then have to come up with nearly 50% extra it's a little disheartening. The signs that are posted should also let people know that they have to pay for miles in addition to the adverised rate.

Unclear about how to pull into lot to return trailer. Rep had to back it out of lot and back it in to park it. He did a great job and was very friendly and helpful. Overall great experience using U-Haul.

I originally rented a larger truck. Turned out I didn't need all the space so I went back and exchanged it. It was so quick and easy and the sales rep was very friendly. However, the smaller truck was very dirty in the cabin. Also upon returning it, I stopped to get gas, and the gas sensor wasn't functioning properly. It kept telling the gas pump that it was full, thus continually interrupting the gas flow. It took 5 minutes to pump $2 worth. I went to another gas station, assuming it was that specific station's equipment being faulty, but it happened again. I was only able to pump a total of $4.10 between the two stations. It was very time consuming and aggravating. It also worried me, because I didn't want to be fined for not returning the truck with the same amount of gas. Overall, the location was average. The rep was alone and very busy. There were multiple customers waiting, but he was very polite and acknowledged them and let them know that he would be right with them.

This experience was horrific! I was quoted .99 cents a mile and got charged $1.39, the bill was so expensive I could've bought a used van. Rent on Craigslist if you can. I called to speak to a manager about my bill and no one ever contacted me back. Zero customer service and a total rip-off!!! We could've bought the toys that we went to pick-up (secondhand) with the money we spent on this rental!!!

I got the truck asked if it was clean and maintained. It was not clean, and definitely was not maintained. We noticed that the check engine light came on after a short time into use and then had to wait for the truck to decide to start after that. This caused us to lose over an hour into our move. I followed the rules of the contract and had apiece of crappy equipment.

Pick-up location and time were both changed less than 24 hours prior to the move. I was unhappy about that. I went to go pick up at this location anyway and the 2 utility dollies and 2 furniture dollies I booked online were not available. He only had 1 furniture dolly and I received no notification prior. Rather than offering an apology or any type of solution, Darron was unfriendly, unhelpful, and rude. Made no effort to address the situation. Attitude was pretty much "too bad" and he acted like he was annoyed. I had to drive truck to Mass Ave location to pick up equipment. It was a pain to do the morning of my move.

There should be more choice in choosing specific vehicles from the parking lot. Sude to the weather we would have preferred a van with more than 2 windows, but the keys we were given was for a van that only had 2 windows.
