We waited around all day for a guaranteed van that was not there. When we asked for a different van for our 5 hour drive, we were told we would be arrested for Grand Theft Auto. Needless to say, booking a month in advance was not advantageous. I don't believe I will be using U-Haul in the future Furthermore, we were charged an extra $100 for an upgrade since that was the only van in the lot.

The representative who waited on us was amazing! He was able to juggle up to 4 customers at the same time with none of us feeling ignored or delayed. He was organized, friendly, well trained/experienced and extremely competent! We will use this location again!

Truck was clean but Truck had been damaged in the past. You had to really slam the driver door to get it to close and latch. Ran fine.

The staff is very helpful and make sure that safety issues are not overlooked. It is a busy location so pre-registration is a big help for time saving.

The employee was trying to be very friendly but in doing so he talk so much to the people in front of me that it took him 3 times as long to finish with them so he could get to me. Then he could tell I was in a hurry and tried to advise me to have patience and to take a few deep breaths before I drove..... just continuing to chat and make it take even longer for me to just pick up a truck I had already reserved. He had me sign a paper that said the truck was clean and had half a tank of gas before I even saw the truck and said if there was any problem I could come back in. WHen he pulled the truck around I checked the back to be sure it was clean which it was but I forgot to double check the gas. WEll a minute down the road I noticed that there was NOT a half a tank of gas but since it took SO long to get the truck I did not have time to drive back and have an adjustment made. I wish someone would contact me so that the adjustment can still be made. I took a photo immediately and have proof that at my starting mileage the tank was not half full.

Reservation was messed up. Needed trailer but reservation showed truck. Fixed with no problems.
Door on trailer worked fairly well before and after move. During move it was extremely difficult to open. It was like the door was racked over in the track or something. I had to use a lot of force (>100 pounds) to force it open and force it close it even when trailer was empty. Pointed this our on return of trailer and the door was working okay with only a little difficulty to open. Have no clue what the problem was.

Guys working the counter were very nice and did a great job. The truck was a bit of junker though. It was clean and seems like it's had its maintenance done but it drove very poorly, didn't feel all that great to drive and overall I really didn't feel comfortable in it. I have driven u-hauls a handful of times and this was the worst one I had driven.
