The trailer I rented was finctional with the exception of one side of the brake lights. But that could have been a problem with my end of the wire connectors. Given that it was a Sunday afternoon when I picked it up I didn't think it was a possibility to have it tested

I had been in line, waited upon but then I had to check with someone about which equipment I should get since what we had planned on was not available. When I figured it out I was the 3rd and last person in line for the guy who had helped me. When it was my turn he said he had to go get started installing a hitch for someone. He also spoke very rudely about her with other customers after she left. By the time I was finally waited on by another employee, the first had gone out and helped someone with propane and had not started on the hitch. I finally left to meet up with the other guys helping with the move after about 1 hour. This could have all been done in about 10 minutes and you'd have a much more satisfied customer (me) if someone wasn't so rude about business he received from the lady and paid a little more attention to the customer standing in front of him rather than on the task he had to complete in the next couple hours. I felt like I was not worth his time. The second guy was great!

Rented truck.had wrong milage and amount of gas.went back got corrected. When returning truck. Corrected info was not put in computer. Had to drive 30 miles to go get the corrected contract man did not know how to enter corrected info so I could pay my bill. Finally got it streight and he wanted to give me $71 in fives and ones. Took an hour to pick up truck and 1.75 hours to return it. If I was paid for my time you would owe me $33.

I feel the 26' trucks need a larger engine as they are a bit under powered. Slow. They are a traffic issue being slow for even the 18 wheelers. Just not able to run with the big dogs. Truck ran absolutely fine, other than slow. My wife says the visors need mirrors. Not having cruise control was a nightmare for such a long trip personally. AM/FM Radio should have CD as the radio was of no value or benefit. Thanks for providing a dependable vehicle for transporting our households items. The dealership was very friendly and professional. It would be helpful if the trucks had a full tank of gas when picked up. Then they could be re-filled upon return without having to guess what it will take to fill to "3/8" of a tank.

I rented a trailer late in the afternoon and was told it was a 24 hour rental. I returned it at 8am the next morning and was told I would be charged 2x the quoted rate because he had it in their system as a 12 hour rental. Luckily the manager was at the other end of the desk and intervened, charging me the appropriate amount for the rental. The trailer was fine and in the end the service was good.

The employees were friendly and helpful. The general manager, on the other hand, was extremely rude to customers and employees alike. For example, it was pouring down rain (like a deluge!) when we arrived. The location had a tent provided to help keep customers loading vehicles moderately dry. However, a person visiting the general manager (not a customer) had parked his van in the tent area. The employee helping us asked that person to move his van so that he could help us (customers) in the dry area. The general manager became extremely angry, said customers could "damn well get wet," and when the person visiting the general manager said it wouldn't be any trouble for him to move, the general manager said "no, I'm the manager here, they can do what I say." I thought that was incredibly rude. Everyone else (including the visitor!) was eager to be helpful, but the manager treated everyone disrespectfully.

Don't force us to pay for the blanket and dolly in the trucks. The dolly was in the way of a piece of furnature fitting because of your damn dolly. And I would have had to pay for it to remove it so I had the room. I had to make a second trip. Very unhappy about your force to use the dolly if I need that extra foot on the end.

We ordered a ten foot with specifications we understood would accommodate our articles to move, but was not able to fit an upright freezer. The location was able to exchange the truck for a larger one. The location wasn't that far from the place we were loading. We appreciated the service and help we received. Thank you.

When I reserved the trailer I was told to go to another pick up location. When I got there, they did not have a trailer and did not know about the reservation. They called and had me go to the Northgate mile location. It was an inconvenience and made us late for those helping us move.

The van I rented was perfect! Extremely clean. Zach did an extrodinary job taking care of the customers including myself. I was surprised to see how busy it was on a Sunday and the only thing I can recommend is more staff working. They were heavily understaffed it seemed! There were three stations, but only two employees working. I waited in line for 45 minutes. Everything about this location was exceptional, except the understaffing problem. I wouldn't expect there to be this problem in a 4-5 star location. Keep up the hard work, but don't let customers suffer because of a staffing issue because that brings down the rating in my opinion.
