I needed a u haul for truckee california area and this was the ONLY location to rent from a major distance away from Truckee so I had to pay for the gas and mileage just getting it to where I needed it. You need more locations on N. Shore Lake Tahoe. Very frustrating arranging rides and pick ups to this location. Everyone working there was great and the truck was fine.

Ralph and Josh did a great job. Very friendly and helpful. Josh did a fantastic job guiding me on how to properly hook up the trailer to my vehicle. Due to unforseen circumstances I arrived a little late but Josh never made me feel like I had to rush so he could close up. Thanks.....Josh!!

The agent tried to sneek insurance on to my contract without asking if I wanted it. He was rude when I caught it and denied the coverage. Unfortunately he is the only uhaul close or I would not return. He is trying to scam people out of their money, not cool.

This was by far the best UHaul rental experience we have ever had - we had an involved order with two trucks, multiple hand carts, 48 blankets, and everything was in order and as reserved - the FIRST time ever when renting UHaul equipment and we move on average every two years in the last 12 years.
Great job Alpine UHaul!!!

Very old beat up trailer with cracked UNSAFE tires. Luckily there was a second trailer on site and the owner exchanged with no issues

I requested to drop off in Incline Village, NV, and arrived the to be told they do not accept trailers, and I must drop off in Reno, NV or Carson City, NV.
U Haul needs to get their act together, and if reservation is made online, show that there is no drop off in Incline Village, NV advise ahead of time.
Your organizational skills leave a lot to be desired.
