I will never use uhaul again. Customer service was awful. I was hung up on three times because people did not know answers to my questions. It was ridiculous. These employees need training.

I called one location (5251 N Keystone, Indpls) that didn't have the vehicle type I needed for the time I needed. They were able to find and reserve a vehicle for me at another location. Great service!

Have your worker due there jobs ,I had very bad experience with the return of the truck , they could not find it , and I know my Granddaughter put the gas in there before returning it , they said she did not , after four days the charged my card more money ,I don't know if some use it after we turned it in or not.

Lower price on one way rentals. The difference $14.00 to $100. That is ridiculous for the smallest trailer. But, I must say I'm looking to buy my own trailer.

Truck had a check engine light that was on during the entire two day rental. Truck seemed to run fine, so I ignored it, per the instructions at the call center. Everything else was fine.
