The truck was not at the location where I rented it and was promised it would be there for pickup. I had to go to a different location to pickup the truck. Then they did not have the bed covers I wanted at that location.

Truck was great, availability was great, staff knowledgeable and courteous. My only suggestion would be PLEASE upgrade that computer, it was so slow your employee had to wait and wait as each screen loaded and it took quite a long time to get through the registration.

Even though there are other U-Haul locations close by, we like to use this one. The staff is friendly and our service is quick.
The equipment was acceptable, however, the interior of the trailer was not clean when we picked it up; therefore, we had to sweep it out before loading our things into it.
