Multiple Calls to confirm Reservation:
When trying to call and confirm a reservation, no one at the facility was able to provide any answers or confirmation. Only one individual handles the operation. Once I reached him, he was helpful and could partially confirm the reservation.
Mileage less needed just to travel from pickup to drop off site.
The mileage on the contract did not take into account the added distance from the preferred site I picked on the internet order, to his location-one chosen by the computer that had the size truck needed (17'). He, nor customer service, nor scheduling was aware of how to correct that.
Incorrect Gas Amount in Tank as Recorded on Contract:
Original contract stated incorrect gas amount in tank..almost full 7/8 full, had to call and have that changed after we discovered it after leaving the facility.
Multiple Phone Calls for simple questions:
Took several calls to UHAUL customer service, scheduling, pick up location and drop off location just to make this whole thing happen and not incur costs and delays because of UHAUL's lack of detail and customer satisfaction efforts.
