There was no dolly available anywhere at this location even though we had one reserved withbour reservation. This was terrible because we were counting on it to load our boxes.

I was told that once I arrived at my location to call the 1-800 number and that I would be given a location of an "in need" location and I could drop off there and receive a $75 credit. When I called the number I was told that i was given bad information and was not eligible for a discount. I was also not told about one month free storage rental at a U-Haul facility until after I had already signed a contract at another rental facility. In all this cost me $200. When I called customer service I was told "Sorry, there is nothing I can do for you. We will train our employees so this does not occur again." I asked for a Customer Service Manager to call me and going on 48 hours later still no call.

They were very helpful. Because rain was in the forecast I was unsure as to whether I should pick up the trailer. However, when the Uhaul service manager looked up weather forecast in there area I was going an assured me there was no rain and I should be okay. I was able to get my task completed because of the help that he did not have to do. Thank you!!

I had reserved a truck from a U-Haul here in Paragould, but the site did not tell me this location was clised for the holiday (July 4th). The U-Haul in Jonesboro called me and we worked things out. Thanks !

Your cost once you get in the store to pick up equipment should not be different from the price you are given when you reserve the vehicle. If Uhaul can not insure this, then they shouldn't give a price at the time of reservation. My total cost when I picked up the truck was almost 40 dollars higher than my what I was initially quoted. I was having to budget for a move and while 40 dollars might not seem like a much it is when you only have a certain dollar amount to spend on each thing that you have to do in order to move.

The managers and staff at the Jonesboro facility are extremely friendly, helpful people. They bend over backward to make sure that everyone is taken care of and treats everyone with the utmost respect. I have used them for numerous short moves and one major move and wouldn't hesitate to do so again.

The truck I reserved is NOT the truck I wanted. They said they were just gonna give me the truck they had or I could go get a Penskie Truck. I took that truck that was still in the return line so it was dirty and not been checked. The truck wouldn't hardly start and had the hardest time Accelerating.When I got in the truck I noticed the fuel odometer was just going up and down and the kid said not to worry about. The whole trip I made was 32 miles. Before returning the truck I put $55 worth of fuel back in the truck then the man at the desk wanted to argue with me telling me I didnt put any fuel back in the truck, when I had fuel receipt to prove it. Then 10 minutes later he called me and wanted to argue with me. Very frustrating. Nothing went the way I would have imagined it. Terrible customer service

The pricing is too high. I should have the option of how many days I want it seeing as how it's my trip. Just because it says "x" amount of miles, doesn't mean it will take "x" amount of days. Also, I should've gotten more of a discount than $50 for the truck not being in. I lost help on movers and since your truck wasn't in, it caused a ripple effect. The employees were nice, but the service that they were able to give me wasn't great.

Make sure that all pieces, attachments, and such are provided to the customer. Safety of the drivers should be number one and were clearly not. How does your workers forget to provide safety lights for the auto transport????

The stores and equipment were average, I just not happy with the reservation system. I called in advance and reserved a 26 ft truck, reservation was setup, and two days was told that I couldn't have a 26 ft only a 20 ft. Uhaul did give me a little 4 by 8 trailer,but in the end this was not enough and I did not get all my things moved.

Calculate the mileage correctly. I was billed for going over the allowable mileage because the clerk did not calculate the mileage correctly. He went from city to city instead of address to address. My address was at the distant edge of the new city, so I had to pay for his mistake. When reported, the manager was unwilling to help resolve the situation.

When picking up the 20ft. truck and car transport. The truck was kinda beat up looking and the car transport looked fine at first appearance. After reviewing the truck i asked the guys at the location if everything was checked and in good travelling condition since I have a long drive and alot of stuff to move. They said everything was in perfect working condition. So after driving off the truck had "NO Pickup" what so ever..So that was the first thing I noticed when leaving. I had to actually push the gas pedal almost to the floor to get the truck to move. So I got everything packed up and loaded the car onto the trailer and went to load the tighten the car down on the trailer and on side of the straps were longer than the other. Which made it difficult to tighten the tires down..So that was the first issue. The next issue that we had could have turned out extremely bad. We were driving from Arkansas to New Orleans. We drove 55mph, because we were towing an automobile. When we were on I-55 South at about 1:15am going through McComb, Miss. the back left tire blew causing the U-Haul truck to pull completely into the left lane and the car trailor to sway back and forth pulling the truck in the opposite direction. I was able to get the truck back in control and straighten out the car trailer. I could not believe this happened since there was "Nothing on the Road" and the road was nice and smooth. This experience was completely nerve racking and thought the truck was going to flip along with the car trailer. This happened at 1:14am. After pulling to the side of the Road, I got out and saw that the top of the tire was completely blown out and the tire completely split down the entire side of the wall of the tire down to the rim. We then called Road side assistance and the young lady " Monica" was absolutely wonderful. She wanted to help as much as she could. So we went through the whole GPS link to identify my location. So now its 1:41am in the morning and just the text message from U-Haul Raodside assistance with a Reference number. She then made multiple calls trying to get someone out to help us. Now it s 2:10am in the morning and the local Road Side Assist. location does not have any tires, which would have been about 20-30 minutes away. Instead, they had to get someone from outside Hammond, La. This is 1 hour and 45 minutes away. So now we are stranded in the middle of no where in a possible dangerous area on the side of the road with my younger sister who is scared out of her mind. We had to have the local county Sheriff Office sit out there on the side of the Road with us, since we almost got hit by 2 18 Wheelers flying by. Dangerous situation. So now its 3:45am and the Mobile Rescue Unit finally arrives. After they review the tires on the truck. The guys explained to us that we had to Brand new tires on the right side and 2 old tires on the left side in the back where we blew our tires. He was very disturbed that U-Haul w
